Forgot username or password?

If you forgot your username or password, visit OpenFSM (www.openfsm.net) and click in 'Sign In' (right-top corner of the screen).

 

 

Click in 'Forgot your username or password?' (1).

If you forgot your username, fill your email address (2) and click 'Send'. (3).

 

 

 

The following screen will show your username (top-left corner). In our example, the username is 'testefsm'.

Don't forget your username, you'll need it to retrive your password.

 

 

 

Open your mail service or software and look for an email with the subject “OpenFSM – Reset Password”

 

 

 

Click the link shown in the received email (the address starts with http://openfsm.net/reset-password).

 

 

 

Your web browser will show an OpenFSM page. Fill your username (1) and choose a new password (2). Retype your chosen password (3) and click 'Reset password' (4). Done! You now have a new password to access OpenFSM.
