Changes introduced in openfsm.net
* Each project can have a blog - the team can post in this blog (any project administrator can activate this option in " preferences")
* Each project can have a task tracker to manage their agenda and assignments(any project administrator can activate this option in " preferences")
* Mailing lists will be more reliable ( many bugs fixed)
