Troisième édition du Forum Social Maghreb-Machrek thématique migration
18, 19 et 20 avril 2014
Monastir Tunisie
En perspective du Forum Social Mondial 2015 et dans le cadre des activités thématiques du Forum Social Maghréb-Machrek, se tiendra Monastir (Tunisie) les 18, 19 et 20 avril 2014 la troisième édition du Forum Social Maghreb-Machrek Migration. Cette édition sera principalement axées sur les points suivants :
1. Les effets des politiques migratoires européennes sur le Maghreb et les accords de partenariat et de mobilité entre l’UE, la Tunisie et le Maroc.
2. Le drame des disparus tant sur les routes maritimes que sur les routes terrestres et la libre circulation et installation en Méditerranée
3. Les politiques migratoires et la situation juridique des étrangers au Maghreb. L’exemple du Maroc, de la Libye et de la Tunisie.
4. La lutte contre le racisme et les discriminations au Maghreb.
5. La libre circulation et l’ouverture des frontières au Maghreb.
Pour que nous puissions préparer la logistique du Forum, nous vous demandons de confirmer votre participation le plus tôt possible en remplissant la fiche ci après sachant que le comité d’organisation prend en charge seulement les frais d’hébergement et la restauration à Monatsir du 17 au 20 avril 2014.

في سياق المنتدى الاجتماعي العالمي 2015، وفي إطار الأنشطة الموضوعاتية للمنتدى الاجتماعي مغرب/مشرق، سينظم بموناستير(بتونس) أيام 18، 19 و20 أبريل 2014 الدورة الثالثة للمنتدى الموضوعاتي الاجتماعي مغرب/مشرق حول الهجرة. وستتمحور أشغال هذه الدورة بالاساس حول:
1. انعكاسات السياسات الأوروبية في مجال الهجرة على المنطقة المغاربية، واتفاقيات الشراكة والتنقل بين الاتحاد الأوروبي، وتونس والمغرب.
2. مأساة المفقودين سواء عبر الطرق البحرية أو البرية، وحرية التنقل والاستقرار بالمنطقة المتوسطية.
3. سياسات الهجرة والوضعية القانونية للأجانب بالمنطقة المغاربية. مثال المغرب، ليبيا وتونس.
4. النضال ضد العنصرية والتمييز بالمنطقة المغاربية.
5. حرية التنقل وفتح الحدود بالمنطقة المغاربية.

Third edition of the Maghreb-Mashreq Thematic Social Forum on Migration
18, 19 and 20 of April 2014
Monastir - Tunisia
In the context of the upcoming World Social Forum 2015 and in the framework of the thematic activities of the Maghreb-Mashreq Social Forum, the third edition of the Maghreb-Mashreq Social Forum on Migration will be held in Monastir (Tunisia) on 18, 19 and 20 of April 2014.
This edition will focus on the following:
1. The effects of the European migration policies on the Maghreb countries and partnership and mobility agreements between the EU, Tunisia and Morocco ;
2. The drama of the missing people both on maritime and land routes and the freedom of movement and settlement in the Mediterranean area;
3. Migration policies and the legal status of foreigners in the Maghreb. The cases of Morocco, Libya and Tunisia;
4. The struggle against racism and discrimination in the Maghreb;
5. Freedom of circulation and opening of the borders in the Maghreb;
