Estimados compañeros:

Envío la minuta correspondiente a la reunión de este sábado,30 de marzo en la cual contamos con la participación de más de 35 compañeras y compañeros de cerca de 24 diferentes organizaciones.

La reunión comenzó con un minuto de silencio dedicado al compañero Enrique Cisneros Luján, del CLETA, quien falleciera en la CDMX el pasado 2 de marzo. Su compañera Melisa Cosilión hizo la invitación a sumar esfuerzos para que el legado artístico y político que deja tras de ss 50 años de militancia no se pierdan. Invita a conocer el documento "échame una manita" disponible en la Página de Facebook "Llanero Solitito CLETA".

Posteriormente se realizó una presentación breve de los asistentes, y en voz de Oscar y Leo Gabriel, se habló sobre las condiciones actuales del Foro Social Mundial, y del por qué México es considerado por parte del Comité Internacional como el país más viable para alojar el próximo FSM 2020; a saber: que para los más de 20 países que conforman el comité internacional, México cumple con las condiciones geográficas y políticas óptimas para desarrollar el Foro, pues "representa la esperanza".

Dado que se parte de un "Presupuesto Cero" para realizar el Foro, se pone a consideración de los asistentes a la reunión, la viabilidad de conseguir fondos y maneras para lograr alojar el FSM. Ante este panorama surgen como propuestas:

*Que el formato del Foro cambie, y se adapte: que las acciones y actividades puedan realizarse en las alcaldías de la CDMX con posibilidad de hacer extensiones en otros estados; por ejemplo Oaxaca, Morelos, Michoacán...

Con esto, podemos cubrir algunas de las necesidades económicas y de logística apoyados directamente por las alcaldías y los coordinadores por estados.

*Que las organizaciones que se comprometan a participar de la organización del FSM 2020 pongan a disposición del Foro sus redes de acción, trabajo y comunicación para poder cubrir esa parte económica con trabajo (que no se ve, pero que es la base).

*La realización de eventos previos (culturales, políticos, de difusión) en las alcaldías y en los espacios que dispongan las organizaciones convocantes; y de donde también se podrán tener opciones de recuperación económica que se destinarán al Foro.

¨*Que la temática que se proponga para esta edición, sirva también para propiciar la organización y la concreción de procesos organizativos, informativos, de acción y solidaridad entre las ONGs participantes.

*Que cada organización que cuente con los canales de comunicación y gestión, se encargue de invitar y conectar a: Sindicatos, Universidades, Organizaciones campesinas, organizaciones urbanas populares, artistas y ese amplio etcétera que se necesita para convocar y organizar el FSM 2020 en México.

*Así mismo que los compañeros que trabajan desde la ecología, y los del arte, se reúnan en otro momento para que presenten una propuesta del contenido que se abordará en el Foro.

CONCLUIMOS QUE: Aunque no contamos en este momento con el dinero que implica la organización del FSM 2020 en México, todas las condiciones están dadas para que podamos albergarlo y aprovecharlo para seguir construyendo otros mundos.

As part of a "Zero Budget" to hold the Forum, the feasibility of obtaining funds and ways to host the WSF is put to the attention of the attendees of the meeting. Before this panorama arise as proposals: * That the format of the Forum change, and adapt: that the actions and activities can be carried out in the municipal offices of the CDMX with the possibility of extensions in other states; for example Oaxaca, Morelos, Michoacán ...

With this, we can cover some of the economic and logistics needs supported directly by the mayors and the coordinators by states.

* That the organizations that commit themselves to participate in the organization of the WSF 2020 make available to the Forum their networks of action, work and communication in order to cover that economic part with work (which can not be seen, but which is the basis).

* The realization of previous events (cultural, political, dissemination) in the city halls and in the spaces available to the convening organizations; and from where you can also have options for economic recovery that will go to the Forum. ¨

* That the theme proposed for this edition, also serve to promote the organization and implementation of organizational processes, information, action and solidarity among participating NGOs.

* That each organization that has communication and management channels, be responsible for inviting and connecting to: Trade Unions, Universities, Peasant Organizations, urban popular organizations, artists and that broad etcetera that is needed to convene and organize the WSF 2020 in Mexico .

* Likewise, the colleagues who work from the ecology, and those of art, meet at another time to present a proposal of the content that will be addressed in the Forum.

WE CONCLUDED THAT: Although we do not have at this moment the money that the organization of the WSF 2020 implies in Mexico, all the conditions are given so that we can lodge it and take advantage of it to continue building other worlds. ------------------
