The World Social Forum process

The forum is a process of dialogues for popular education and the building of coalitions acting "for another possible world".

The forum's dialogue open space is governed by its charter of principles:http://openfsm.net/projects/ic-methodology/charter-fsm-wsf-en

The WSF charter of principles describes the participants'values and objectives in generic termsand some rules related to the forum space: the definition of the forum as space and its functions (article 1) it guarantees that your acts of participation will be voluntary and that no one will speak on behalf of the forum, i.e. on your behalf, as a participant in the forum).(article 6)

The WSF 2021 social forum process begins with virtual event JANUARY 2021https://wsf2021.net/macroprogramacion/where participants will propose self organized activities

The aim of these activities is popular education or the formation of coalitions, or the preparation on behalf of these coalitions of "transformative initiatives with dates of public action".

The forum is an environment, a space, a process, a tool which stimulates the capacities of its participants to dialogue on questions of common interest and to organize or reinforce a great diversity of initiatives with public action-dates.

THE FORUM IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO CONNECT TO MORE PEOPLE AND ORGANIZATIONS ENGAGED IN "MAKING ANOTHER WORLD POSSIBLE" ( see WSF charter)
