Sobre Situación y potencial de articulaciones después del evento FSM 2021

En consideración preliminar de lo que puede ser un marco de facilitación de momento de proceso descentralizado  en 2021, con un horizonte de evento en México todavía lejano.

Aquí un censo simple de las organizaciones, relacionadas a la preparacion de cada panel del evento fsm 2021, con las actividades e iniciativas que hicieron en el evento –( Nota Un mapeo similar se puede hacer con los grupos que propusieron asambleas )

El propósito de este censo mapeo es compartir visualizaciones e incentivar organizaciones participantes a situarse en el espacio del foro en el espacio de las articulaciones en el foro  sean articulaciones para dialogar ( actividades que pueden ser documentadas y comunicadas para cumplir con su papel de educación popular)  sean articulaciones para actuar ( iniciativas que pueden ser actualizadas, documentadas, y comunicadas)

 

A/ Este censo exploratorio y manual, invite a algunas primeras consideraciones sobre

El peso del grupo de preparacion de  panel en relación a la temática

• El tamaño de grupo de preparacion de panel en relación al numero de organizaciones que colocaron actividades en la temática correspondiente a la del panel – no se tiene fácilmente esta segunda cifra por ahora
• El numero de actividades generadas por el grupo panel que son relacionadas con la temática del panel (precisaría agregar este filtro) - y su relación al número de actividades relacionadas con la temática ( hay una estimación sur estimada puesto que el filtro no esta hecho) 

El enfoque del grupo panel

• Cual es la proporción de coorganizaciones en el árbol de actividades del grupo – son estimaciones

La actividad articuladora en el grupo de preparacion de panel

• Si desde el grupo panel ha habido organización de asambleas el 30 de enero – (queda por hacer el censo) y si ha habido una expresión de seguimiento de esta bajo forma de iniciativa (queda por hacer)
• ¿Cual es el número de orgas coorga de estas asambleas? Cuál es la proporción de organizaciones co org de estas asambleas que están en el grupo panel, o sea es asamblea próxima o alejada del grupo panel

 

B/ Este censo invita a reflexionar sobre el interés de desarrollar herramientas de visualización de estas relaciones de articulación entre organizaciones actividades iniciativas

• Ejemplo 1 relaciones de redes declaradas entre organizaciones - X organizaciones sin relación de red – Y con una red - lista de redes con lista de participantes (explorar casos concretos) 

• Ejemplo 2: Relaciones de coorganización entre organizaciones– tomando como centro mi organización – mirando el semi circulo de organizaciones relacionada por una o mas coorga de actividad -  el semi circulo de organizaciones relacionada por una o mas coorga  de iniciativa  Si  esto se expande a un rango 2 – Cuales son las organizaciones que están en relación con organizaciones con las cuales mi organización esta en relación

  Comenzando por orden de idea – cuantas de las 1300 organizaciones sin actividad – con una activiad organizada por ella sola  - con una actividada coorganizada   con dos actividades organizada por ella misma  - con dos actividades coorganizadas  con tres  con  mas etc

  Ejemplo 3 relaciones entre actividades – buscando palabras en ciertos campos o categorización de la actividad – y buscando organizaciones cercanas entre los 2 grupos promotores (mediante relación 2)

  Comenzando por orden de idea – cuantas de las 700  actviades con una sola organizadora  –con dos – con tres etc

  Ejemplo 4 relaciones potenciales de proximidad entre 2 iniciativas mediante busca de palabras en común en el calendario – y buscando organizaciones cercanas entre los 2 grupos promotores ( mediante relación 2) (buscando palabras con misma significación en diferentes idiomas

  Comenzando por orden de idea – cuantas de las 100 iniciativas  con una sola organizadora  –con dos – con tres etc

• Ejemplo 5 relaciones iniciativas- actividades - desde (el grupo promotor de) una iniciativa :   A/ con actividades de implementación, puede existir la relación “esta actividad es parte del plan de acción de esta iniciativa” y otras organizaciones participantes, B/ con actividades de articulación con otras iniciativas ( y otras organizaciones) - puede existir la relación “ esta actividad va a tocar esta iniciativa como objeto de discusión”  C/ mostrando el grupo de organizaciones envolvidas y  como se relacióna al grupo de organizaciones promotor de la iniciativa inicial

Estas visualizaciones son evolutivas en función de las evoluciones de las paginas actividades e iniciativas -  con visualizaciones dinámicas  “ desde nuestra organización”  o   desde nuestra  iniciativa relación posibles y distancia entre dos iniciativas etc  

A desarrollar - Proximidad lingüística ( organizaciones indicando que pueden intercambiar en tal o tal idioma- proximidad geográfica – las acciones  propuesta en determinados países

In preliminary consideration of what may be a facilitation framework for a moment of decentralized process in 2021, with an horizon of event  in Mexico still distant.

Here is a simple census of the organizations, related to the preparation of each panel of the fsm 2021 event, with the activities and initiatives that they formulated in the event - (Note ; A similar mapping/census can be done with the groups that proposed assemblies)

The purpose of this mapping / census is to share visualizations and encourage participating organizations to place themselves in the forum space in the space of the articulations in the forum , be they articulations for dialogue (activities that can be documented and communicated to fulfill their role of popular education) , be they articulations to act (initiatives that can be updated, documented, and communicated)

 

A / This exploratory and manual census, invites some first considerations on

The weight of the panel preparation group in relation to the theme

• The size of the panel preparation group in relation to the number of organizations that placed activities on the theme corresponding to that of the panel - this second figure is not easily available for now
• The number of activities generated by the panel group that are related to the topic of the panel (it would be necessary to add this filter) - and its relation to the number of activities related to the topic (there is a over estimatation as the filtering is not done) 

The panel group  focus/ approach

• What is the proportion of co-organizations in the "group's activity tree" - these are estimates

The  articulating activity in the panel preparation group

• whether  from the panel group there has been organization of assemblies on January 30 - (the census remains to be done) and if there has been a follow-up expression of this in the form of an initiative (remains to be done)
• What is the number of organisations  co organizing  these assemblies? What is the proportion of co org organizations of these assemblies that are in the panel group, that is,  is an assembly "near" or "far" from the panel group

 

B / This census invites us to reflect on the interest of developing visualization tools for these articulation relationships between organizations activities initiatives

• Example 1:  declared network relationships between organizations - X organizations with no network relationship - Y with a network - network list with participant organization list (explore concrete cases)

• Example 2: Co-organization relations between organizations - taking my organization as the center/starting point - looking at the semi-circle of organizations related by one or more activity co-organization - the semi-circle of organizations related by one or more initiative co-organization. If it is taken  to a rank 2 - which are the organizations that are in relation to organizations with which my organization is in relation

  Starting in order of magnitude - how many of the 1,300 organizations  are without activity -  or with an activity organized by itself alone -  or with an activity co-organized with two activities organized by itself  alone - with two activities co-organized with three with more etc.

  Example 3 : relationships between activities - looking for words in certain fields or categorization of the activity - and looking for close organizations between the 2 promoter groups (through relation 2)

  Starting as a first view - how many of the 700 activities  are with a single organizer - with two - with three etc.

  Example 4 : potential relationships of proximity between 2 initiatives by searching for common words in the calendar - and by searching close organizations between the 2 promoter groups (using relation 2) (searching for words with the same meaning in different languages

  Starting in as a first view  - how many of the 100 initiatives  are with a single organizer - with two - with three etc.

• Example 5 : initiatives-activities relationships - from (the promoting group of) an initiative : A / with implementation activities, there may be the relationship “this activity is part of the action plan of this initiative” and other organizations, B / with articulation activities with other initiatives (and other organizations) - there is a relationship "this activity is going to take this initiative as an object of discussion" C / showing the group of invovled  organizations and how it  is related to the group promoting the initially considered initiative.

These visualizations are evolutionary based on the evolution of the activities and initiatives pages - with dynamic visualizations "from our organization"  or  from our initiative, possible relationship and distance between two initiatives, etc.  

To be developed - Linguistic proximity (organizations indicating that they can exchange in such or such a language - geographical proximity - the actions proposed in certain countries

En considération préliminaire de ce qui pourrait être un cadre de facilitation pour un moment de processus décentralisé en 2021, avec un horizon d'événement au Mexique encore lointain.

Voici un  simple recensement des organisations, lié à la préparation de chaque panel de l'événement fsm 2021,  avec les activités et initiatives qu'ils ont formulées lors de l'événement - (Remarque; Une cartographie / recensement similaire peut être effectuée avec les groupes qui ont proposé assemblages)

Le but de cette cartographie / recensement est de partager des visualisations et d'encourager les organisations participantes à se placer dans l'espace du forum dans l'espace des articulations du forum, qu'il s'agisse d'articulations de dialogue (activités qui peuvent être documentées et communiquées pour remplir leur rôle de éducation populaire), qu'il s'agisse d'articulations pour agir (initiatives qui peuvent être mises à jour, documentées et communiquées)

 

A / Ce recensement exploratoire et manuel invite à quelques premières réflexions sur

Le poids du groupe de préparation du panel par rapport au thème

• La taille du groupe de préparation du panel par rapport au nombre d'organisations ayant placé des activités sur le thème correspondant à celui du panel - ce deuxième chiffre n'est pas facilement disponible pour l'instant
• Le nombre d'activités générées par le groupe de panels qui sont liées au thème du panel (il serait nécessaire d'ajouter ce filtre) - et sa relation avec le nombre d'activités liées au thème (il y a une surestimation au fur et à mesure du filtrage n'est pas fait) 

Le focus / approche du groupe de discussion

• Quelle est la proportion de co-organisations dans «l'arbre des activités du groupe» - ce sont des estimations

L'activité d'articulation dans le groupe de préparation du panel

• s'il y a eu organisation d'assemblées du groupe de panel le 30 janvier - (le recensement reste à faire) et s'il y a eu une expression de suivi sous la forme d'une initiative (reste à faire)
• Quel est le nombre d'organisations coorganisant ces assemblées? Quelle est la proportion d'organisations co-organisationnelles de ces assemblages qui sont dans le groupe de panneaux, c'est-à-dire un assemblage "proche" ou "loin" du groupe de panneaux

 

B / Ce recensement nous invite à réfléchir sur l'intérêt de développer des outils de visualisation de ces relations d'articulation entre organisations activités initiatives

• Exemple 1: relations de réseau déclarées entre organisations - X organisations sans relation de réseau - Y avec un réseau - liste de réseaux avec liste des organisations participantes (explorer des cas concrets)

• Exemple 2: Relations de co-organisation entre organisations - prendre mon organisation comme centre / point de départ - regarder le demi-cercle des organisations liées par une ou plusieurs co-organisations d'activités - le demi-cercle des organisations liées par une ou plusieurs initiatives co-organisation. S'il est porté au rang 2 - quelles sont les organisations qui sont en relation avec les organisations avec lesquelles mon organisation est en relation

  En commençant par ordre de grandeur - combien des 1300 organisations sont sans activité - ou avec une activité organisée seule - ou avec une activité co-organisée avec deux activités organisées seule - avec deux activités co-organisées avec trois avec plus etc.

  Exemple 3: relations entre activités - recherche de mots dans certains domaines ou catégorisation de l'activité - et recherche d'organisations proches entre les 2 groupes promoteurs (via la relation 2)

  En commençant par une première vue - combien des 700 activités sont-elles avec un seul organisateur - avec deux - avec trois, etc.

  Exemple 4: relations de proximité potentielles entre 2 initiatives en recherchant des mots communs dans le calendrier - et en recherchant des organisations proches entre les 2 groupes de promoteurs (en utilisant la relation 2) (en recherchant des mots ayant la même signification dans différentes langues

  En commençant par une première vue - combien des 100 initiatives sont avec un seul organisateur - avec deux - avec trois, etc.

• Exemple 5: relations initiatives-activités - du (groupe promoteur de) une initiative : A / avec des activités de mise en œuvre, il peut y avoir la relation «cette activité fait partie du plan d'action de cette initiative» et d'autres organisations, B / avec des activités d'articulation avec d'autres initiatives (et d'autres organisations) - il existe une relation "cette activité va prendre cette initiative comme objet de discussion" C / montrant le groupe d'organisations impliquées et comment il est lié au groupe promouvant l'initiative initialement envisagée

Ces visualisations sont évolutives en fonction de l'évolution des pages d'activités et d'initiatives - avec des visualisations dynamiques «depuis notre organisation» ou depuis notre initiative, relation et distance possibles entre deux initiatives, etc.
