• activities wishing to enlarged are alloted rooms by sasf extended team , in close coordination with program group,  with the following rules
• rule 1 they are alloted rooms with internet connection in TSCC building  or elsewhere up to possbilities of sasf OC starting from 2 rooms secured in this building  
• rule 2 when an organization complies with step 4 of the enlargement steps , the first  activity  of this organisation is alloted in room with full support from sasf extended team , this will be a training experience for the two "enlarger person" that the organisation  is invited to dedicate to enlargement
• rule 3 if they have a  stage cultural program character they are moved to evening - it is not yes clear what are the possibilties and constraint for the evening -
• note : it would be good to keep some connection capacity in TSCC in evenings for distance encounters ( that is when people who are not in SASF can meet SASF participants in the sasf region , after they working day  besides distance encoutner  may need some dedicated rooms and share remaining capacity with enlarged activities (green column)
• rule 4 next activities of this orgnaisation are alloted rooms for self organized enlargement  inasmuch these rooms exist and  where these two person take full responsibility (with light support from sasf team in term of information etc . 
• rule 5   for each organization , in the enlargement list , provided they confirm their intention to enlarge,  sasf extended team is creating a gmail account  a skype account and a livestream /ustream account - all with same name  " orga.sasfenlarged"  - this  enlarging tools can be reused  by the orgnanizations after sasf
• the final version of enlarged program will appear with the reference of the skype contact , and the channel link and with a link to the invitation by the organisation - so the table will be significantly bigger - also non dhaka enlarged activities if any will be mentionned
• in the table below first number is event number , second is orgnaisation number

• TSCC rooms for supported /training enlargement

there are about 25 organisations willing to enlarge an event - and we have capacity for two rooms  (maybe three)  that wiil receive full support from extension team -so 7 slots in the 19-22 morning  maybe adding some evening slots -

we try to give  one support to al organisations, in those rooms preferentially or in the other batch of tooms

• art and finance rooms for self organized enlargement

the idea is that organisation having been supported for their first activity can better enlarger their following ones

we are trying to secure a second set of rooms where internet maybe of less quality but still dedicated  to streaming
