Enlarged program - Simulation as November 1st |
download the simulation in colors in a file attached
- how was the table made ? -
- by sorting the enlarged events by day ( 19 20 21 22 ) (column date ) , and by "order for each organistation" (those having several events sorted 1 2 3 ) and by siz of room 500 200 100 50 cultural - it is assume T1 is 200 T2 is 100 capable T3 is 50 capable S1 is 500/200 capable S2 is 100 capable S3 is 50 capable
- by alloting rooms T1 T2 T3 and T4 T5 to "order 1" activities of each organisation ( i-e 25 organisations are enlarging at least a first activity )
this is a fair solution allowing to "train and support everyone" putting also some cultural activities in the evening to ease a bit the schedule- by alloting rooms S1 S2 S3 S4 S5 ( with a lower quality internet) to order 2 3 4
- by adding distance encounter with osaka 19th afternoon
- what is the situation ?
- we need 3 T rooms capacity on 19 20 21
- there are too many T activities on 20 november 3 are proposed to be moved (see right column ) - line 18 19 20 moved to 36 37 and 51
- the number of S Activities Three rooms on 20 21 22 novembre
- what can be done ?
- secure three or four T rooms in TSCC buidling ( and not two) - secure 5 S rooms in another building
-
move three T4 T5 on 20th to 21 and 22nd in order benefit from good support and the good internet quality of rooms T
- this move is proposed to line 18 19 20 australia peace committee, SPS and Noakhali that have only one activity
