Implementation ideas___________________________________________________

General idea:

the content of registration module is a set of forms with short texts and links, they are of several nature organization individual acidities proposal outcome assemblies that are created and edtied by collective users ( organizations) and individual users( persons)

this internet module reflects the methodology of a wsf event and keeps a memory around the program of the event with all the short contents and the links edited by the users showing their relations between the forms and indicating other documents webistes out of the module ( through the links)

Registration Mechanism

· Activity is registered by one organization“registering organization” - in the name of all its partners

· Registration of an organization in WSF gives in exchange of org fee right to registerX activities- which are it children activities

· There is no activity fee ( current understanding)

· After some dates some fields of the formcan be frozen

· There can be admin fields accessible to oc only ( to confirm room number and hour in the final program)

Visibility and navigation in wsf2011

· Each organization , activity , assembly, outcome , person, has a specific page in the wsf2011 site with a specific url – so it can include this url in mails etc..

· each wsf pagereflecting a form shows the active links that have been edited by the users themselves- andthis provides meaning full navigation between them

Mutual Contact possibilitiesin wsf2011

· Each organization has a “orguser” name and password that can be shared among some organization representatives

· Only the “registeringorguser”can edit its children activity , but optionally an “activity user” created when there is a large number of organizations partner of an activity ? in order to have horizontalityin preparation)

· Each individual participant has a “persuser” and password

· Any persuseror orguseror activity user can contact via site an orguseror an Activity( there is a list ofseveral mail address linked to an orguser or to an activity, so several people are aware of the contact ( horizontality)

Progressive Coherence check and completeness of inputs in forms

· Form can be edited as many time as needed

· When an edition is saved there is a check of coherence of the inputs and a feedback message states the incoherent points( eg example in 14C

· There can be a “first editing “ mode with only basic fields checked

· To finalize the inscriptiona complete check has to be made the number of fields where an answer is expected grows

Earlier inputs

Proposed additions to the forms ______________________________________________

· Inputs made in green are suggestions for other purposes( methodology, post event, contacts between participants, link edition, )
