commented document - introduction –

Thanks for criculating this synthetic document showing the progress of BSF /SASF process

we are  sending you below  a version

it includes in blue and starting with  >>

- a  question about themes and issues and

- some suggested additions about the expanded facet of  BSF/SASF  in website , logsitics, and communication which aim at making BSF/SASF a better , more inclusive and communicable event

Also you can take a look a the check list proposed for wsf 2011 dakar to be held february 6-12 2011 in senegal as an input for a technical seminar next week

Changing "Dakar extended" by "Dacca extended"  and dividing figures by a reasonnable factor 2 or 3 you can derive a draft check list

http://openfsm.net/projects/sfexintercom/daket-checklist

Some assessment discusion about point 1 and 3 inside the organizing committee can help, this require interest from  and some exchanges with some member of OC

Sfex facilit group will be glad to answer any comment you would want to share on those inputs , with you or a smaller group of people possiby invovlved having some politically based genuine interest on developing distant participation , which we do not consider a technical issue , but a political one ( check list point 2)

>>is it a thematic forum on democracy

,  or a regional forum with a focus on democracy

when organizations register an activity I suppose  they will have to locate the activity in the theme  and in some issues ( acting as “tags or keywords)
