Además de la labor específica de cada comisión del CI, creación de una “estructura” que garantice cumplir los objetivos: una red de responsables salidos de cada evento vinculada a la Comisión de Estrategia para recoger los aportes y sistematizarlos; un mecanismo de coordinación de búsqueda de recursos; un Grupo de Trabajo ad hoc del CI para diseñar, impulsar y coordinar el conjunto de la estrategia, mismo que ya comenzó a formarse.
