EN Dears
There is a reality of informal hierarchy of roles and weights that exists inside IC, and of the interaction between roles and formal and informal protocols that we have inside IC - It is probably useful , and in line with our values, to look for ways to make this reality more visible through agreed protocols, so everybody in IC can act upon it in a more explicit way.
2/ I will make shortly a proposal along the following option
Not
change IC structure and try to work on increasing the collective “wsf process facilitation
capability of IC” through horizontal
protocols .
Starting from where we are in the IC , we could develop such horizontal
protocols to try to move to somewhere else, more adapte to current necessities
These protocols based on interaction between IC members, mainly face to face during IC meetings, would reflect a collective objective of developing a "facilitation/working program" based on horizontality and personal and collective clarity about what each of IC member tries to do "in" and "for" this WSF process at large ,
3/ Following Giuseppe suggestion to
make reference to collectively evolved documents here is a link to the Guiding principles for organizing
events http://openfsm.net/projects/ic-methodology/metcom-pgoex through this link you can access version 1, version 2 draft EN ES FR and checklist version draft EN ES

A partir
