Querido Pierre, gracias por esta contribución. No sabia que el Protocolo
podía ser tan complicado!



El primer protocolo me parece que es un insumo para la revisión crítica del
pasado; hay algunas dimensiones que no conozco bien porque no estuve en
Dhaka, y otras que requieren seguramente más discusión. Pero es un buen
insumo para recuperar algunas dimensiones que tenemos que revisar y cambiar.



El Protocolo dos me parece más confuso, creo que es también por el
lenguaje. Entiendo que la propuesta esta basada en la actual estructura de
funcionamiento del CI, en un intento de ampliar la capacidad colectiva de
impulsar los procesos de “facilitación” de las comisiones, o grupos de
trabajo en forma horizontal. Sin embargo, me es difícil seguir los pasos.



Creo igualmente que  el documento es  un “estimulo” para la discusión en
los subgrupos de trabajo y espero que pronto lleguen los comentarios.

Dear Pierre, thank you for this contribution!  I did not know that the
Protocols could be so complicated!

The first protocol it seems an input for critical review of the past. There
are some dimensions that I don t know too much because I was not in Dhaka, and
others that we may discuss further. Although it is a good input to
retrieve some
dimensions we have to review and change.

Protocol two I find most confusing, I think it is also because of
thelanguage. I
understand that the proposal is based on the current operating structure of
CI, in an attempt to broaden the collective capacity to promote the
processes of "facilitation" of committees, working groups, etc. in a horizontal
way... However, I find it difficult to follow the steps.

I believe that the document should be a "stimulus" to this discussion in
these working groups, and I hope we receive soon the comments.
