Chico's proposed scenario about “moving to a new movement” requires thorough assessment.
A next contribution may come on the “binding elements”  ( site and working groups)  mentioned in its description by Chico 

For the time being, here is one basic suggestion about this scenario

 It probably would be more realistic and efficient  and consistent to call this movement "FACILITATIONS for another world” ( acronym FOW) and not "ACTIONS for another world".
The name is important here, as it reflects the fundamental choice of a scope.
