El grupo está abierto a todos los que quieren contribuir activamente a este proceso. No es necesario que participen todos, pero sí que tengamos una masa crítica. Para evitar todos los malentendidos:@4 no se trata de hablar en nombre del Foro, sino solo en nombre de los que participan en esta articulación.

PARA QUE

@5 El objetivo de este grupo es de preparar, de manera auto-organizativa, el proceso del FSM hacia la constitución de un sujeto político global ,@1 tal como lo decidimos en el CI de Porto Alegre hace dos años.

La coyuntura política de hoy en día ya no es la de hace 20 años y en este momento@6 parece urgente de tratar de hablar lo más posible con una sola voz precisamente para fortalecer esta voz y hacernos escuchar en el mundo.

Pensamos que de esta manera podemos contribuir positivamente a la construcción de otro mundo y preparar el posneoliberalismo y el post-COVID.

Este ejercicio también podría ayudar a visibilizar el FSM y darle otra vez cierto protagonismo.

QUE / COMO

Concretamente se trata de buscar lo que tienen en común los muchos movimientos sociales que participan en el FSM en términos de planteamientos y demandas. Se trata de articular los distintos sectores (lo económico, lo social, lo ambiental, la paz, la cultura, el género …) para poner fin a la gran fragmentación que caracteriza nuestros movimientos hoy en día. Claro está que tenemos que respetar nuestra diversidad, pero tenemos que ir más allá para que ésta no se vuelva fragmentación

No se trata pues de sustituir a los movimientos sociales, sino de tomar sus planteamientos y demandas esenciales y buscar su compatibilidad con los de otros movimientos. De esta manera tendríamos que estar capaces de @2 presentar un núcleo de demandas al FSM que también puede ser el punto de partida para el proceso ulterior.

Esta articulación se encuentra @3 entre los dos ejercicios del pasado: la ‘aglutinación’ que tuvimos al inicio para tratar de combinar distintas iniciativas y evitar un número muy importante de seminarios sobre un mismo tema, y la ‘convergencia’ que tuvimos más tarde al fin del Foro para acercar distintos temas y movimientos

CUANDO

La articulación política es parte del proceso de la preparación como de la fase ulterior al FSM. No es algo que se puede hacer en un día durante el foro, sino que se prepara desde ahora.

 

Comentarios sobre el contenido general de la iniciativa  de accion X

El texto corresponde a una fase inicial de descripcion de la propuesta de la iniciativa, y lógicamente, queda por definir más entre las organizaciones que formarían parte de esta articulación

• 1/ La parte “PARA QUE “¿ : la formulación @5 en el texto  no está muy clara  - se trata de “hablar” @6 a quién? Y como
• 2/ La parte QUE : que se pretender hacer, más allá de “presentar demandas? ( A quién y cómo? a nombre de quién?) . Es muy extrania la formulacion "demandas al FSM" @2 , mientras que se trata de demandas mas bien a los poderes existentes y de acciones concrètas para  incidir hacia la satisfaccion de estas demandas
• 3/ La parte “COMO” : como se “toman” contenidos de organizaciones participantes en la iniciativa ( o organizaciones más allá?) y como se “buscan” compatibilidades  , como se “articula” los diferentes sectores – Quienes actúan detrás de estos verbos? Es un trabajo de parte de terceros o es una dinámica entre actores involucrados? - Y tambien :  "como se incide hacia la satisfacion de estas demandas"  , lo cual lleva a la problematica de lineas de accion, una problematica ausente del texto   
• Aquí hay un texto  que recuerda la experiencia de una declaración en porto alegre de 2005 por un grupo de personas, imaginando que hubiera tomado la forma de una iniciativa de acción ( ver el punto 4 del texto)  – talvez pueda ser de alguna relevancia aqui. 
• 4/ La parte CUANDO : cronograma, plan de trabajo con alguna fechas significativas, seminario, declaración etc ..  
• 5/ La parte QUIENES, Es de notar que puede haber organizaciones que se acercan y vienen participar “al ejercicio de articulación política” propuesto, y luego no se encuentran en sintonía con las modalidades o con los contenidos producidos
• Que algunas organizaciones que participan en esta iniciativa sean del CI, no le agrega ni le quita legitimidad a la iniciativa; que es una entre muchas posibles en el espacio del FSM
• Puede haber otras iniciativas de acción de corte relativamente similar a esta, que buscan concretar,- mediante iniciativas especificas de tipo “declaración” o “agenda común”- , “articulaciones entre articulaciones ya formadas en el proceso de preparación hacia el evento FSM”. En estas articulaciones pueden ya existir formuladas iniciativas de acción específicas, e iniciativas de tipo agenda común. 
• En esta diversidad de posibilidades de articulaciones, se encuentra justamente el campo de estimulación /invitación/facilitación de una comisión  o sub comision  ”estimulación de articulaciones” – Estimular, invitar, apoyar con uso informado de herramientas,  las buscas de articulaciones, sin quitar la responsabilidad y autonomía  política de las organizaciones participantes queriendo articularse. Aqui una propuesta para esta (sub) comision

@5 la formulación del “para qué” no está muy clara

@6 “hablar de una sola voz entre las organizaciones en esta articulación/iniciativa de acción” es posible y legítimo. Y  parece ser  la principal "accion" que esta mencionada en el texto.  Ahora será necesario implementar:  Hablar como ¿ A quien?, Donde?, Cuando?,  Para qué?, En cual relación a otros participantes que no forman parte de esta articulación?, En cual relación a otras articulaciones amplias? etc

This input argues that the " exercise of political articulation" described by Francine is in fact a specific "initiative of action", on behalf of those who assume it.
In black herebelow is the integrality of Francine's text, only it comes with the paragraphs distributed  between the generic questions of an action initiative, WHO, WHAT, WHEN ETC, which changes their order in relation to their order of the initial text   

Promoting organizations interested in this articulation proposal can agree to see who among them could make it visible as an action initiative on the join forum platform.

The group is open to all those who want to actively contribute to this process. It is not necessary that everyone participates, but that we have a critical mass. To avoid any misunderstanding: it is not a question of speaking on behalf of the Forum,@4 but only on behalf of those who participate in this articulation.

FOR WHAT

@5 The objective of this group is to prepare, in a self-organized way, the process of the WSF towards the constitution of a global political subject, @1 as we decided in the  Porto Alegre IC two years ago.

The current political situation is not the same as it was 20 years ago and @6 it seems urgent to try to speak as much as possible with one voice in order to strengthen that voice and make ourselves heard in the world.

We believe that in this way we can contribute positively to the construction of another world and prepare for the post-neoliberalism and post-COVID era.

This exercise could also contribute to making the WSF more visible and giving it back some importance.

WHAT / HOW

In concrete terms, it is a question of looking for what the many social movements participating in the WSF have in common in terms of analysis and demands. It is a question of articulating the different sectors (economic, social, environmental, peace, culture, gender...) in order to put an end to the great fragmentation that characterises our movements today. Of course, we must respect our diversity, but we must go beyond so that it does not become a fragmentation.

So it is not a question of replacing social movements, but of taking their essential analyses and demands and seeking their compatibility with those of other movements. In this way, we should be able to present @2 a core of demands [to WSF] that can also be the starting point for the rest of the process.

This articulation is @3 between the two exercises of the past: the "agglutination" that we had at the beginning to try to combine different initiatives and avoid too many seminars on the same topic, and the "convergence" that we had later at the end of the Forum to bring together different topics and movements.

WHEN

Political articulation is part of the process of preparation as well as of the phase after the WSF. It is not something that can be done in a day during the forum, but it is prepared from now on.

Comments on the general content of the action initiative X

The text corresponds to an initial description phase of the initiative's proposal, and logically, more remains to be defined between the organizations that would be part of this articulation.

• 1 / The "FOR WHAT " part: the formulation @ *5 is not very clear - it is about "Speaking" @6 to whom? And how
• 2 / The WHAT part: what is intended , beyond “presenting demands ? (To whom and how? In whose name?). The formulation of "demands to the WSF" @2 is very strange, while it would be more about demands to the powers that be and actions to influence the satisfaction of these demands.
• 3 / The “HOW” part: how do you “take” content from organizations participating in the initiative (or beyond those?) And how do you “look for” compatibility, how are the different sectors “articulated” ? - Who acts behind these verbs? It is a work by third parties or is it a dynamic between the actors involved - And also: "how does one sways on the satisfaction of these demands", which leads to the issue of lines of action, an issue that is absent from the text,  
• Here is a text that recalls the experience of a statement in Porto Alegre in 2005 by a group of people , imagining that it would have taken the form of an initiativeof action (see point 4 of the text) - perhaps it could be of some relevance here  
• 4 / The WHEN part: schedule, work plan with some significant dates, seminar, statement, etc.  
• 5 / The WHO part. It should be noted that there may be organizations that come and participate "in the exercise of political articulation" proposed, and then they are not in tune with the modalities or with the contents produced
• The fact that some organizations that participate in this initiative being from IC does not add or take away the legitimacy of the initiative; which is one among many others possible in WSF space
• There may be other action initiatives of a type relatively similar to this one, that seek to concretize, through specific initiatives of the "declaration" or "common agenda" type, "articulations between articulations already formed in the preparation process towards the WSF event.". In these articulations, there may already be specific initiatives of action , and initiatives of " common agenda" type.

POUR QUOI

QUOI / COMMENT

Concrètement, il s'agit de rechercher ce que les nombreux mouvements sociaux participant au FSM ont en commun en termes d'analyse et de revendications. Il s'agit d'articuler les différents secteurs (économique, social, environnemental, paix, culture, genre...) afin de mettre fin à la grande fragmentation qui caractérise nos mouvements aujourd'hui. Bien sûr, nous devons respecter notre diversité, mais nous devons aller au-delà pour que celle-ci ne devienne pas une fragmentation.

Il ne s'agit donc pas de remplacer les mouvements sociaux, mais de prendre leurs analyses et revendications essentielles et de rechercher leur compatibilité avec celles d'autres mouvements. De cette façon, nous devrions être en mesure de présenter @2 un noyau de demandes au FSM qui peut également être le point de départ pour la suite du processus.

Cette articulation se situe @3  entre les deux exercices du passé : l'"agglutination" que nous avons eue au début pour essayer de combiner différentes initiatives et éviter un trop grand nombre de séminaires sur le même thème, et la "convergence" que nous avons eue plus tard à la fin du Forum pour rassembler différents thèmes et mouvements.

QUAND

L'articulation politique ferait partie du processus de préparation ainsi que de la phase post-FSM. Ce n'est pas quelque chose qui peut être fait en un jour pendant le forum, mais doit être préparé dès maintenant.

 

Commentaires sur le contenu général de l'initiative d'action X

• 1/ La partie " POUR QUOI " : la formulation @5 dans le texte n'est pas très claire - il s'agit de " parler " @ 6 à qui ? Et comment
• 2/ La partie QUOI : que compte- t-on faire, au-delà de « presenter des demandes  ? (À qui et comment ? Au nom de qui ?). La formulation des «demandes au FSM » @ 2 est très étrange, alors qu'il s'agit plutôt de revendications envers les pouvoirs en place et d'actions  concrètes pour influencer la satisfaction de ces revendications.
• 3/ La partie « COMMENT » : comment « prendre » les contenus des organisations participantes à l'initiative (ou d'autres organisations au-delà ?) et comment « chercher » leur compatibilité, comment sont « articulés » les différents secteurs – Qui agit derrière ces verbes ? Est ce  un travail de tierce parties ou est-ce une dynamique entre les acteurs impliqués - Et aussi : « comment pèse t -on pour la satisfaction de ces demandes », ce qui conduit au thème des lignes d'action, un thème qui est absent du texte,  
• Voici un texte qui rappelle l'expérience d'une déclaration à Porto Alegre en 2005 par un groupe de personnes , imaginant qu'elle avait pris la forme d'une initiative d'action (voir point 4 du texte) - peut-être ce texte  peut être d'une certaine pertinence ici  
• 4/ La partie QUAND : planning, plan de travail avec quelques dates significatives, séminaire, relevé, etc.

• Le fait que certaines organisations qui participent à cette initiative appartiennent à CI n'ajoute ni n'enlève la légitimité de l'initiative ; qui est l'une parmi tant d'autres possibles
• Il peut y avoir d'autres initiatives d'action d'un type relativement similaires à celle-ci, qui cherchent à concrétiser à travers des initiatives spécifiques du type « déclaration » ou « agenda commun », « des articulations entre des articulations déjà formées dans le processus de préparation de l'évènement FSM ». Dans ces articulations, il peut déjà y avoir des initiatives d'action spécifiques et des initiatives d'un type d'agenda commun. 
• Dans cette diversité des possibilités d'articulations, se trouve précisément le domaine de la stimulation / invitation / facilitation d'une commission ou sous-commission « stimulation des articulations » - Stimuler, inviter, support des outils, recherche des articulations, sans empieter sur l'initiative et l' autonomie des  organisations participantes souhaitant s'articuler. Voici une proposition pour cette (sous-)commission

@6 « parler d'une seule voix entre les organisations dans cette articulation / initiative d'action » est possible et légitime. Et c'est la principale « action » qui est mentionnée dans le texte. Maintenant il faudra la mettre en œuvre : Parler comment?  À qui ? Où ? Quand ? Pour quoi faire ? Dans quel rapport aux autres participants qui ne font pas partie de cette articulation? Dans quel rapport à d'autres articulations larges ? etc
