The APSF Facilitation in consultation with the Nepal organisers would like to request a postponement of the IC meeting that is scheduled on May 4th, if the main discussion is towards the WSF in Nepal. We request that the meeting be postponed to ant date around mid May. By that time, the Nepal Organising Committee as well aa the APSF Facilitation and Methodology committees will have had the opportunity to meet and discuss the modalities and structures of organising the Forum, the issue of Nepal's geopolitics,and how to work with the IC for the WSF event and process. We can discuss these issues in the IC after mid May. We hope you will consider our request, and we are sorry for any inconvenience.

La facilitación del APSF, en consulta con los organizadores de Nepal, desearía solicitar un aplazamiento de la reunión del CI prevista para el 4 de mayo, si el debate principal se orienta hacia el FSM en Nepal. Solicitamos que la reunión se posponga a una fecha anterior alrededor de mediados de mayo. Para entonces, el Comité Organizador de Nepal así como los comités de Facilitación y Metodología del APSF habrán tenido la oportunidad de reunirse y discutir las modalidades y estructuras de organización del Foro, la cuestión de la geopolítica de Nepal, y cómo trabajar con el CI para el evento y el proceso del FSM. Podemos discutir estos temas en el CI después de mediados de mayo. Esperamos que consideren nuestra petición, y lamentamos cualquier inconveniente.

L'APSF Facilitation en consultation avec les organisateurs népalais aimerait demander un report de la réunion du CI prévue le 4 mai, si la discussion principale porte sur le FSM au Népal. Nous demandons que la réunion soit reportée à une date située vers la mi-mai. D'ici là, le comité d'organisation népalais ainsi que les comités de facilitation et de méthodologie de l'APSF auront eu l'occasion de se rencontrer et de discuter des modalités et des structures d'organisation du Forum, de la question de la géopolitique du Népal et de la manière de travailler avec le CI pour le FSM au Népal, et de la manière de travailler avec le CI pour l'événement et le processus du FSM. Nous pourrons discuter de ces questions au sein du CI après la mi-mai. Nous espérons que vous tiendrez compte de notre demande et nous sommes désolés pour les inconvénients que cela pourrait occasionner.

Solicitamos que a reunião seja adiada para uma data próxima de meados de Maio. Nessa altura, o Comité Organizador do Nepal, bem como os Comités de Facilitação e de Metodologia do FSM terão tido a oportunidade de se reunir e discutir as modalidades e estruturas de organização do Fórum, a questão da geopolítica do Nepal, e como trabalhar com o CI para o evento e o processo do FSM. Podemos discutir estas questões no CI a partir de meados de Maio. Esperamos que considerem o nosso pedido e pedimos desculpa por qualquer inconveniente.
