Dear, going back to the original recording of the last IC meeting, I realized that it was not clear to me the position of the Nepalese colleagues in relation to the participation of Chinese civil society.

Understanding better now, I see that we have a serious problem to be discussed

At 33.40 min, ARJUN says that Nepal does not allow anyone to challenge China. If it is known that there will be actions against the Chinese government, there will be no forum in nepal

 Then, at 37.7 min, Netra says that there is an agreement between China and Nepal to ensure that nothing happens against China . He repeats that otherwise they will not be able to organize the forum

 How can we agree that Chinese civil society organizations, which resist government arbitrariness, have no voice in a WSF??

This is very serious and urgently needs to be discussed by the IC

Caros, voltando à  gravação  original do último encontro do CI, percebi que não havia ficado  claro para mim a posição dos companheiros do Nepal em relação à  participação da sociedade civil chinesa.

Compreendendo melhor agora, vejo que temos um sério problema  à ser discutido. 

Aos 33,40 min, ARJUN diz que o Nepal não permite que ninguém desafie a China. Se for sabido que haverá ações contra o governo chinês, não haverá fórum no nepal. 

Depois, aos 37,7 min, Netra diz que há um acordo entre China e Nepal para cuidar para que nada aconteça contra a China . Ele repete que, caso contrário, eles não poderão organizar o fórum.

Como podemos concordar que organizações da sociedade civil chinesa, que resistem a arbitrariedades do governo, não tenham voz em um FSM???  

Isso é  muito sério e precisa ser discutido pelo CI urgentemente.

Cher, en revenant à l'enregistrement original de la dernière réunion du CI, j'ai réalisé qu'il n'était pas clair pour moi la position des collègues népalais par rapport à la participation de la société civile chinoise.

 Comprenant mieux maintenant, je vois que nous avons un sérieux problème à discuter. 

A 33.40 min, ARJUN dit que le Népal ne permet à personne de défier la Chine. Si l'on sait qu'il y aura des actions contre le gouvernement chinois, il n'y aura pas de forum au Népal. 

Puis, à 37,7 min, Netra dit qu'il y a un accord entre la Chine et le Népal pour s'assurer que rien ne se passe contre la Chine. Il répète que sinon ils ne pourront pas organiser le forum. 

Comment pouvons-nous convenir que les organisations de la société civile chinoise, qui résistent à l'arbitraire du gouvernement, n'ont pas de voix dans un FSM ??? 

Ceci est très grave et doit être discuté de toute urgence par le CI.
