1/ wsf café should be operating from 21st to 24th august 10 to 18pm local time UTC-4 so check your connecting hours

as wsf cafe participants you are expected to be on line frequently during those days so you can accept calls from ottawa coming from people social foruml participants that will be wiling to talk with you on a casual basis

Basically wsf cafe is a place for informal encounters between people in Ottawa and people abroad through skype. encounters are not by appointment but based on mutual availability, in ottawa, and around the word,  within a group of preregistered participants

you are welcome to invite your skype friends in the cafe if they are interested in wsf ... ( just press the + button on the skype convesatio room)

you can also make closer acquaintance with other international participants in the café via skype

En bref le café FSM est un endroit pour des rencontres informelles entre des gens à Ottawa et des gens en ligne sur skype à propos du processus FSM. Les rencontres se font sans rendez vous , selon disponibilité mutuelle à ottawa et dans le reste du monde , dans un groupe de participants préenregistrés
