It is late here and I just finished posting the NatGat proposal, and wanted
to get it right to you all.

The two dates and times for a launch call are:

March 20 @ 8 PM ET - IO Maestro call

March 22 @ Noon ET, 4 PM GMT mumble on Via22's monthly mumble.

There will be more news with details of the meetings and about how to
connect to InterOccupy calls and to use mumble to connect to InterOccupy
Maestro calls.  We are experimenting.
