OpenFSM links from last year's Stuttgart forum seem to be dead, but the C20 conversation also provides new links to that gathering.  It is a little unclear whether the Romanian meeting lies within the WSF auspices, in which case it might be useful to promulgate participants, agenda, outcomes, etc so the efforts and energies of the few who organise don't go unrecognised.

Notwithstanding, I anticipate the C20 Infrastructure conversations will crystalise an agreed position, hopefully that remains aligned with the 4th Forum against useless, imposed mega projects.
