I don't think we'll have quorum for the chat today.

Anyway, the IC discussion is very important, for sure.

One important question to me is if the mailing lists and spaces for IC Commissions and WGs will be opened (visible to everyone) or restricted (closed archives, only to members). 

I see a great possibility on "renewing and refreshing" the WSF if we choose for open planing and archives. Of course some spaces could be restricted, but not the Commissions, that according to WSF "principles", are opened and public. Anyway, to me this is one of the big political discussion that can be taken forward, besides the ones you listed, as budget (and who's responsible for what), the communication plan update and websites and tools.

Some days ago I sent a message to Com Com asking for documents to be discussed in the IC for us to make available in the WSFIC space in OpenFSM - http://openfsm.net/projects/wsfic_fsmci. If you want/can, please send me the documents you think people must read. Until now, we just have there the documents sent by Bia Barbosa and Pierre, regarding the projects for WSF 2009 Communication.

Não acho que teremos quorum para o chat hoje.

De qualquer forma, a discussão no CI é muito importante.

Uma questão importante para mim é se as listas de discussão e espaços das comissões e GTs do CI serão abertas (visíveis para todo mundo) ou restritas (com arquivos fechados, somente para membros). 

Vejo que existe uma enorme possibilidade re "refrescar e renovar" o FSM se escolhermos pelo planejamento e pelos arquivos abertos. É óbvio que alguns espaços específicos podem ser restritos, mas não os espaços (e listas) das Comissões, que, de acordo com os princípios do FSM, são espaços abertos e públicos. De qualquer forma, creio que esta seja uma das grandes discussões políticas que podem ser levadas adiante, além das que você listou, como orçamento (e quem é responsável pelo que), o plano de comunicação e os sites e ferramentas. 

Alguns dias atrás eu mandei uma mensagem para a lista da Com Com perguntando por documentos que serviriam de base para as discussões no CI, para que nós pudéssemos disponibilizar no espaço do CI no OpenFSM - http://openfsm.net/projects/wsfic_fsmci. Se você quiser/puder, por favor me mande os documentos que acredita serem necessários e importantes para que as pessoas leiam. Até agora, temos apenas os documentos enviados pela Bia Barbosa e pelo Pierre, sobre os projetos de Comunicação para o FSM 2009.
