There is a meeting at 0:00 UTC February 25. At UTC 0:15 the workshop will start, but you may join throughout. We will meet via this website for 2 hours.

You will be asked for a password. Use the password 'g' to login.

You may choose any language.

During this time, you may write an item to our collective agenda by clicking the "Add a Right" button. After 10 "rights" have been added, no more can be added.

You may translate your text yourself or you may ask for an automatic translation or you may leave the translation boxes blank.

You can edit anything anyone writes also. To edit, just click "edit Right". Remember that you must edit the translations!

You can also endorse others' agenda items by clicking "Endorse Right". The more endorsements, the more important the item and it will be listed at the top of the report.

If you edit a right it will lose all of its previous endorsements.

We will communicate by chat also. You will have instructions to follow chat with IRC, not Skype. Please familiarize yourself with IRC before tomorrow.

Please come prepared to talk about past discussions but for the first time to put everything into a format that we can read and send to the lists.

We will be prioritizing the agenda for the IC Communication Commission! After the two hour meeting we will discuss how the software was used, what went well, how our meetings can be improved.

This meeting is a way for us to "facilitate the collective definition of goo consensus and concrete agenda, escaping linearity of single time line chat." Your voice will be heard. There is a chance for everyone to impact the agenda for the IC Communication Commission because we will go beyond having a conversation and actually write out something collectively.

This new software will horizontalize the process even more. The more people we can have participating, the better our process becomes.
