Dear friends,

We would like to remind you all that the next WSF International Council
meeting will take place in Montreal, Canada, from October 06. to 08. 2009.
It will be followed by the Quebec Social Forum, from October 09. to 12.

Attached is a document with the list of all people who have confirmed their
presence until now.

 In order for us to organize the logistics of the meeting, it is important
that those who haven't confirmed their attendance yet and/or are going to
ask support from Solidarity Fund do so until *August 15. 2009*. For that,
please fill the TWO forms below and send it asap to
fsmci@...



In some cases, there are Southern organizations that can contribute to this
fund or do not necessarily need financial travel support. The request is
that the spirit of solidarity prevails as well as a collective effort to
make viable the participation of all organizations.



*ACCOMODATION*
Accommodation in double rooms will be guaranteed for those who asked or are
going to ask for the Solidarity Fund until the deadline, in the *Grand Plaza
Hotel*. The others may make their reservations in the same Grand Plaza Hotel
(details below). The venue of meeting, not yet defined, will be surely
nearby the hotel.



We also indicate several other options of nearby hotels and respective
contacts, if you prefer. If you need any help in this sense, the contact
person in Montreal is Marcela, of Alternatives (marcela@...).
