>Dear Friends of the commissio0n,

I am very sorry that I will not be able to join
you in Canada, but I have a very important
conflicting event, and I will not be able to
make it. As you know, I am deputy director and in
charge of international relations at the World
Political Forum, founded by Gorbacev. It is time
to agree that the end of communism does not mean
a automatic victory of capitalism, and that we
have to look beyond the box. I join the list of
participants and the program, so that you can
justify my absence. I wish you all the best, and
I remain part of the team, roberto savio
