Dear all,
as you know, the International Council meeting is taking place now and
tomorrow (8th of October) is the last day.
The initial agenda has been changed, so the Commission meetings are now
scheduled for the morning of Thursday.
We should be starting around 9.30 am [Montreal time] and if the room we are
assigned has internet (as we've requested) we will send a message to connect
to a skype conference and allow to follow the meeting from a distance.

The conference room where the IC takes place has no internet connection, so
we weren't able to give you and direct update in these last two days.  Today
the discussion was centered on the events in 2010 and 2011 - with some
exchange on how to connect them.

Hope to be able to connect tomorrow!
