Hello everybody,

Before moving to a promising discussion on the current working plan of
comcom, and other topics,I will focus this week end on conveying some
first elements , open to more inputs, about the following topic:

"geography" and "history" of comcom, in relation with changing context
of WSF process :  before 2008, GDA 2008, Belem 2009, and WSF2010

These elements  may help the personnal process of getting personnally
included in the commission, which is part of what happened in Montreal

For the time being, I simply suggest that people intending to get
actively and durably
involved in comcom  take  the necessary time to
browse the home page of the space of communication commission and
explore the main items  displayed
there : working groups , guidelines, meetings  etc,

There is a lot of information accessible from that page,

Taking stock of it  may help "newcomers" , "comers(not always so
new)", or "comebackers"
to understand better the issues and problematics about having a
"working + policy defining" communication commission , focused on
facilitating communication processes inside WSF process,,

it may  consequently  help to formulate informed comments questions
and suggestions in the discussions to come
