Here is a review of notions regarding chats and reports

1 - "rough chat minutes"
Are in the comcom skype room,
( once you are in the skype room , do not click to get out, just lower ,
otherwise you will have to be invited again by someone that "knows" you on
skype, ...that may be what happened to Giuseppe)

2 - "titled chat minutes"
Are just the rough chat minutes, with some title summarizing coherent
moments of discussion ,  and grouping successive inputs made by the same
person in order to have a more readable text, which may lead to have some
reshuffling of inputs in time,  when two conversation are held
simultaneously

There is no summarizing  modification  of the input made by chat
participants
The only change is introducing titles
The minutes are then easily accessible trough the plan of titles, and in a
more legible text format

3 -"report" of chat
 Is a synthesis document , aiming to synthesize discussions and decisions
