Resuming our activities after IC in copenhagen
Focusing on the next newsletter content

Here is a suggested text for the "belem expanded" part in the next
bulletim, which should be published soon after wsf2009  registration is
opened on belem site

There are four parts in the  attached document

A - proposed text ( 1page+)  where 90% of initial text D is present , some
paragraphs being in another order

B - IC invitation to belem expanded  ( which will be  made acessible via a
link in the A text  -posted on sao paulo site)

C - Extensions for A text ( for a  more détailed version A+C , made
accessible in openfsm;net  " towards belem expanded" space)

D - initial text  prepared by Thiago (1 page)

Drafting this  A+C text also helps figure out those 4 actions for
participation

looking at the four actions

Action 2 and 3  require active use of openfsm.net by participants
this has a lot to do with support of openfsm.net as a common virtual
territory for wsf2009

it appears that action 4  "download a form" can be postponed still a bit
further .... it is not yet  the priority

Priority in my view , is having people arriving in "towards belem expanded"
space and writing on the mailing list there to announce their intentions
