*معا من اجل إطلاق سراح محمد قاضي ومعز بن نصير*



*اثر مظاهرة نظمت تنديدا بمسار الانتخابات يوم 16 أفريل الماضي أوقفت السلطات
الجزائرية الشابين محمد قاضي ، 23 سنة ، طالب وناشط ضمن جمعية "تجمع عمل
شبيبة"(راج) ومعز بن نصير، 25 سنة، تونسي الجنسية ويعمل مساعد ناشر.*

*وقد وجهت لكليهما تهمة  القيام "بتجمّع غير مرخص فيه يهدف إلى المساس بالأمن
العام" ويقبع الشابان في سجن سركاجي منذ 20 أفريل الماضي. إلى ذلك، لم يتمكن
الطالب محمد قاضي ، الذي يزاول تعليمه بمعهد التجارة الدولية من إجراء
امتحاناته، نظرا لوجوده رهن الإيقاف.*

*وقد نبه رئيس جمعية "تجمع عمل شبيبة" ، عبد الوهاب فرصاوي إلى الصبغة غير
المنطقية للتهمة ، باعتبار انه لا يمكن لشخصين فقط " القيام بتجمع" وهذا ما
يجعل عملية احتجازهما "غير مبررة." كما نظمت حملات دولية من اجل إطلاق
سراحهما.*

*اللجنة من اجل احترام الحريات وحقوق الإنسان في تونس التي  تندد بحملات القمع
المتواصلة في الجزائر  قبل وخلال وبعد الانتخابات الرئاسية وتطالب بإطلاق سراح
الشابين وإيقاف كل التتبعات ضدهما، تعتبر ان الوقوف في مواجهة القمع  وانتهاك
الحريات وحقوق الإنسان هي جزء من تضامننا المغاربي  ومن مبادئنا الإنسانية.*

*لذلك، تدعو كل المنظمات الحقوقية  والأحزاب الديمقراطية في المغرب الكبير وفي
العالم للقيام  بتحركات تضامنية  من اجل إطلاق الشابين وإيقاف حملات القمع
واستهداف الحريات في الجزائر.*





*Ensemble pour la libération de Mohand Kadi et Moez Benncir*

A la suite d’une manifestation de protestation contre le processus
électoral, les autorités algériennes ont procédé à l’arrestation de deux
jeunes gens, Mohand Kadi, 23 ans étudiant et militant de l’association RAJ
(Rassemblement, action, jeunesse) ; et Moez Benncir, 25 ans, de nationalité
tunisienne assistant d’édition de son état.

Tous les deux sont accusés de rassemblement non autorisé visant à troubler
l’ordre public et détenus à la prison de Serkadji depuis le 20 avril.
Poursuivant des études à l’Ecole de Commerce international, Mohand n’a pas
pu passer ses examens.

*Abdelwahab* Fersaoui, président de RAJ a souligné l’absurdité du chef
d’inculpation : comment peut-on faire un rassemblement à deux ?

Une campagne internationale est actuellement en cours pour exiger la
libération des deux jeunes militants.

*Le CRLDHT, qui s’inquiète et dénonce la vague de répression continue,
avant, pendant et après les élections présidentielles en Algérie, exige la
libération des deux jeunes gens et la cessation des poursuites à leur
encontre. La solidarité maghrébine doit aussi s’exprimer dans la lutte
commune contre la répression des libertés et des violations des droits de
l’Homme où qu’elles soient.*

*Le CRLDHT appelle toutes les organisations de défense des droits et tous
les partis démocratiques au Maghreb et de par le monde à se mobiliser pour
la libération de Mohand et Moez et contre les campagnes répressives et les
atteintes aux libertés en Algérie.*

*Together for the release of Mohamed Kadhi and Moez Bensir*

Following a popular demonstration organized on 16 April 2014 in protest
against the conduct of the Presidential elections, the Algerian authorities
arrested two young men ,Mohamed Kadhi,23, a student and activist in “Rally,
action, youth” association (French acronym, RAJ) and Moez Bensir,25,a
Tunisian national.

Both are accused of organizing an ”unlawful assembly and disturbing public
peace” and are detained in Serkej Center of Detention. Moreover, Mohamed
Kadhi, a student at the International Business School, has been prevented
from sitting for his exams because of his arrest.

Abdelwahab farsaoui, president of the association “Rally, action, youth”,of
which Mohamed  Kadhi is a member, has drawn attention to the manifest
absurdity of such charges, as two people only “cannot organize an
assembly.” Therefore, their detention is not justified.

International solidarity movements have been organized to push for the
freedom of the two detainees.

The Committee for the Respect of Freedoms and Human Rights in Tunisia
denounces the Algerian government crackdowns on protesters before, during
and after the Presidential elections and calls for the immediate release of
the two activists. It, also, believes that standing up against repression
and human rights abuses is an inherent part of our Maghreb solidarity and
of our basic human values and principles.

That’s why we call on all human rights organizations and democratic parties
in the Maghreb and the world to take action so as to obtain the release of
the two activists and to put an end to the erosion of human rights in
Algeria.
