*مواجهة الإرهاب مسؤوليتناجميعا*


*خلّف الهجوم الإرهابي الذي استهدف حافلة عسكرية ،قرب معتمدية نبر، في الشمال
الغربي ،أمس الأربعاء 05 نوفمبر استشهاد 5 جنود وجرح  عشرة آخرين، ويأتي هذا
الهجوم الجبان بعد أن استكملت البلاد الانتخابات التشريعية التي ساهمت في
إنجاح مسارها المؤسستين العسكرية والأمنية وأسابيع قليلة قبل الانتخابات
الرئاسية التي ستتوج مرحلة الانتقال الديمقراطي، مما يعني ان المستهدف ليست
فقط المؤسسات التي تحمي البلاد وتذود عن خياراتها ، بل وكذلك مستقبل البلاد
السياسي واستقرارها وتوجهاتها التي رسمها شعبها منذ 14 جانفي 2011، والتي
تناقض تماما ما تريد الجمعيات الإرهابية المتطرفة  رسمه لا في تونس فقط،  بل
وكذلك في المنطقة وربما ،في مرحلة لاحقة،في العالم .*

وتتقدم بأحر التعازي  لعائلاتهم وللمؤسسة العسكرية وكافة الشعب التونسي بأحر
التعازي، تؤكد ان مثل هذه الهجومات لن تثني الشعب التونسي عن التقدم في مساره
الذي رسمه منذ انتفاضته ضد القمع والاستبداد والحيف الاجتماعي، لذلك فان
استكمال الانتخابات والتمسك بالخيار الديمقراطي السلمي وبناء دولة القانون
والمؤسسات والعدل  ستخيّب  مساعي الإرهابيين الرامية إلى بث الرعب  والخوف
ونشر ثقافة التطرف والتعصب ورفض الاخر.*

*إلى ذلك فإنها تذكر بما طالبت به، مرات عديدة، من ضرورة توفير كل المستلزمات
المادية والبشرية  لتفادي، قدر الإمكان، إستراتجية الهجومات  المباغتة التي
يتوخاها الإرهابيون*

*وكذلك ضبط خطة وطنية  بعيدة المدى، تشارك فيها كل القوى الحيّة في البلاد و
تشمل كل جوانب الحياة الثقافية والاجتماعية والدينية والتعليمية  لمواجهة هذا
الخطر الداهم.*

*Combattre le terrorisme, notre responsabilité à tous*



L’attaque terroriste contre un bus militaires près de la délégation de
Nebber dans le Nord ouest a causé la mort de cinq de nos soldats blessant
10 autres plus ou moins grièvement. Cet attentat, aussi lâche que sanglant,
survient juste après la fin des élections législatives, que la Tunisie a pu
réussir grâce aussi à la vigilance de l’armée et des forces de sécurité, et
quelques semaines avant le déroulement des  présidentielles qui va
parachever le processus de transition. C’est dire qu’au-delà de
l’institution militaire, c’est l’avenir démocratique et la stabilité de nos
les institutions de défense qui sont prises pour cible par les terroristes.
La voie dans laquelle notre société est engagée depuis le 14 janvier obsède
les partisans de la terreur qui se déchaînent dans toute la région, et sans
doute demain dans le monde.

Le CRLDHT :

Salue la mémoire de nos soldats martyrs et présente ses condoléances
attristées à leur famille, à l’armée tunisiennes et à tout le peuple
tunisien.

Réaffirme sa conviction que les tentatives sanglantes des terroristes ne
pourront jamais entamer la marche vers  la démocratie et la justice
sociale. Parachever le processus électoral sera dans ce contexte une des
réponses à la terreur. Il s’agit de maintenir le cap démocratique et de
construire l’Etat de droit qui saura ruiner le projet funeste de ceux qui
veulent semer la peur et diffuser la le fanatisme  mortifère.

Réitère ses appels pour doter le pays de la logistique nécessaire pour
faire face aux attaques surprises et déjouer les plan de harcèlement
terroriste ; et pour élaborer une stratégie globale à long terme, associant
toutes les forces vives du pays et embrassant les dimensions culturelle,
sociale, religieuse, éducationnelle du combat antiterroriste.

*Combating terrorism is the responsibility of all of us*

The terrorist attack against a military bus,‭ ‬near Nebber,‭ ‬North West of
Tunisia,‭ ‬yesterday,‭ ‬caused the death of five of our soldiers and the
injury of ten others.‭ ‬This attack occurred just a few days after the
legislative elections that owe part of their success to the vigilance and
monitoring of the army and security forces‭; ‬and,‭ ‬also,‭ ‬ a few weeks
before the presidential elections that are going to complete the
transitional process.‭ ‬In fact,‭ ‬it is not only the military institution
that is targeted by such attacks,‭ ‬but also the future of democracy and
stability in the country.‭ ‬The democratic path followed by Tunisians since
January‭ ‬14th,‭ ‬2011,has‭ ‬ haunted terrorists and pushed them to unleash
their blind violence aimed at spreading terror,‭ ‬in the Tunisia‭ ‬,‭ ‬the
region and doubtless,‭ ‬throughout the world,‭ ‬in the near future.‭ ‬
That’s why,‭ ‬ensuring the success of the electoral process,‭ ‬maintaining
the course towards full democracy and establishing the rule of law would
ruin the sinister scheme of these merchants of death.

The Committee for the Respect of Liberties and Human Rights in Tunisia pays
tribute to the memory of those martyrs and conveys its deepest sympathy to
the families,‭ ‬the military and all Tunisians.

Also,‭ ‬we reiterate our calls for providing the army and the security
forces with necessary logistics to deal with such surprise attacks,‭ ‬and‭
‬for‭ ‬developing a long-term joint strategy that would involve the driving
forces of the country and include cultural,‭ ‬social‭ ‬,‭ ‬religious and
educational aspects of the combat against‭ ‬terrorism.‭
