دعوة إلى الحركات الاجتماعية من أجل التعبئة للمنتدى الاجتماعي العالمي القادم، تونس 2015 أصدقائنا الأعزاء, ساعد الاجتماع الأخير للمجلس الدولي الذي عقد في الحمامات ما بين 29 أكتوبر و2 نوفمبر في تحقيق تقدم كبير في جميع المسائل المتعلقة بتنظيم الدورة المقبلة للمنتدى الإجتماعي العالمي تونس 2015. هذا الإجتماع سمح بطريقة تشاركية بتحديد الإتجاهات المنهجية لإتخاذ وتقييم درجة تعبئة الحركات الاجتماعية في تونس وشمال أفريقيا وبقية أفريقيا، ودوليا. كما سمح هذا الإجتماع الأخير بإجراء تقييما للوضع السياسي للحركات الإجتماعية في إطار ما يشهده العالم اليوم من إضطرابات، إذ أنه عرف بإنتصار الرأسمالية المتوحشة، وتراجع في الحقوق الإقتصادية والإجتماعية، وعسكرة العالم والحرب ، والإستيلاء على الأراضي والموارد، والتدهور البيئي. وقد تم الإتفاق على تكثيف التعبئة الدولية ولا سيما الحركات المشاركة في النضال من أجل العدالة المناخية، وحقوق المهاجرين، ضد الإستيلاء على الموارد الطبيعية والعسكرة والحروب والاستعمار، وجميع الحركات المشاركة في المنتدى الاجتماعي العالمي من مختلف جهات العالم. ويبقى المنتدى الإجتماعي العالمي هو أكثر مجالا حيويا للحركات الإجتماعية التي تحارب من أجل حماية كرامة الشعوب ومن أجل سيادة مصيرها، والتي تسعى لتعزيز حقوق جديدة إقتصادية، إجتماعية، ثقافية وبيئية. والتي تؤمن بأن إرساء بدائل للنيوليبيرالية أكثر من لازمة. اللجنة المغاربية-المشارقية تدعوكم وتحثكم للحصول على ميزة المشاركة في عملية التحضير للمنتدى الإجتماعي العالمي. يمكنكم القيام بذلك من خلال اللجان التحضيرات التي وفرت بيانات الإتصال بها على الموقع. ويمكنكم منذ الآن التسجيل المسبق للأنشطة التي تنوون القيام بها تونس خلال شهر مارس /اذار. هذا سيسمح لنا بتحديد المبادرات الخاصة بكم، ومساحاتها من المنتدى الإجتماعي العالمي. كما أن هذا ضروري لتسهيل تجميع الأنشطة، بناء تقارب، ومن أجل إستخراج المعنى الذي تريدون إعطائه للمنتدى الإجتماعي العالمي 2015 نفسه. معكم سنكون قادرين على إقامة مسار تنظيم مفتوح، تشاركي وديمقراطي. وتشاركية من أجل إعداد المنتدى الاجتماعي العالمي لسنة 2015. مغرب-مشرق آخر ممكن إفريقيا أخرى ممكنة عالم آخر ممكن *Appel aux mouvements sociaux pour la mobilisation* *pour le prochain Forum Social Mondial, Tunisie 2015* Cher (e)s ami(e)s, La dernière réunion du Conseil International tenue à Hammamet du 29 octobre au 2 novembre dernier a permis d’avancer sensiblement sur toutes les questions liées à l’organisation de la prochaine édition du Forum Social Mondial de 2015 à Tunis. Cette réunion du CI a permis de manière participative de définir les orientations méthodologiques à prendre et d’évaluer le degré de mobilisation des mouvements sociaux en Tunisie, au Maghreb et dans le reste de l’Afrique, et sur le plan international. Elle a aussi permis d’évaluer la situation politique des mouvements dans un contexte mondial jugé préoccupant, car marqué par le triomphe du capitalisme financier sauvage, le recul des droits économiques et sociaux, la militarisation du monde et la guerre, l’accaparement des terres et des ressources, et la dégradation de l’environnement. Il a été convenu d’intensifier la mobilisation internationale en particulier auprès des mouvements impliqués dans les luttes pour la justice climatique, les droits des migrants, contre l’accaparement des ressources naturelles, la militarisation et la guerre, la colonisation, et tous les mouvements impliqués dans les processus du Forum Social Mondial dans les différentes régions du Monde. Le Forum Social Mondial reste plus que jamais un espace vital pour les mouvements sociaux qui luttent pour que les peuples sauvegardent leur dignité et restent maîtres de leur destinées, qui veulent promouvoir de nouveaux droits économiques, sociaux, culturels et environnementaux, et qui croient que des alternatives au néolibéralisme sont plus que nécessaires. Le Comité Maghreb-Machrek vous invite instamment à vous impliquer d’avantage dans le processus de préparation du FSM. Vous pouvez le faire à travers les commissions de préparations dont les contacts sont disponibles sur le site web. Mais dès à présent vous pouvez préinscrire les activités que vous avez l’intention de mener à Tunis en mars prochain. Cela nous permettra de définir, à partir de vos initiatives, les espaces du FSM. Cela sera aussi nécessaire pour faciliter le regroupement des activités, la construction des convergences, et finalement de dégager le sens que vous voulez donner au FSM 2015 lui-même. This meeting of the IC, allowed the participative definition of the methodological orientations we have to adopt, and to evaluate the level of mobilization of the social movements in Tunisia, in Maghreb, in the other parts of Africa and internationally. It also permitted the evaluation of the political situation of the movements in a global context considered as worrying, because marked by the triumph of the salvage financial capitalism, the retreat of social and economic rights, the global militarization and the war, the grabbing of the lands and resources, and the environmental degradation. It was agreed that the international mobilization, specifically near movements involved in struggles for climate justice, migrant’s rights, against natural resources grabbing, militarization and war, colonization, and all the movements involved in the World Social Forum process all around the World. The World Social Forum is, more than ever, a living space for social movements which struggle to permit the people to save their dignity and stay masters of their destiny, which want to promote new economic, social, cultural and environmental rights, and which believe that alternatives to the neoliberalism are more than necessary. The Maghreb-Machrek committee, invite you to get more involved in the organization process for the WSF. You can do it through the preparation commissions whose contacts are available on the website. But from now, you can pre-register the activities you wish to hold in Tunis next March. This will allow us to define, based on your initiatives, the spaces of the WSF. The Organizing Committee of the WSF 2015. *Llamada a los movimientos sociales para la movilización* *para el próximo Foro Social Mundial, Túnez 2015* Caro-a-s amigo-a-s, La última reunión del Consejo Internacional celebrada en Hammamet desde el 29 de octubre hasta el 2 de noviembre pasado permitió de ir sensiblemente adelante sobre todas las cuestiones enlazadas con la organización de la próxima edición del Foro Social Mundial 2015 en Túnez. Esa reunión del CI permitió de modo participativo de definir las orientaciones metodológica a seguir y de evaluar el grado de movilización de los movimientos sociales en Tunes, en Magreb y en el resto de África, e internacionalmente. Permitió también la evaluación de la situación política de los movimientos en un contexto mundial juzgado como preocupante, porque marcado por el triunfo del capitalismo financiero salvaje, el retiro de los derechos económicos y sociales, la militarización del mundo y la guerra, el acaparamiento de las tierras y de los recursos, la degradación del ambiente… Se acordó de intensificar la movilización internacional, especialmente cerca de los movimientos involucrados en las luchas para la justicia climática, los derechos de los migrantes, contra el acaparamiento de los recursos naturales, la militarización y la guerra, el colonialismo y todos los movimientos involucrados en los procesos del Foro Social Mundial en las varias regiones del Mundo. El Foro Social Mundial es más que nunca un espacio vital para los movimientos que luchan para que los pueblos salvaguardan sus dignidad y quedan maestros de sus destinos, que quieren promover nuevos derechos económicos, sociales, culturales y ambientales, y que creen que alternativas al neoliberalismo son más que necesarias. El Comité Magreb-Machrek les invita urgentemente a ustedes a involucrarse más en el proceso de preparación del FSM. Pueden hacerlo a través de las comisiones de preparación cuyos contactos están disponibles en el sitio web. Pero desde ahora pueden pre-registrar las actividades que desean conducir en Túnez en marzo próximo. Eso nos permitirá de definir, desde sus iniciativas, los espacios del FSM.
