>> هذا الإجتماع سمح بطريقة تشاركية بتحديد الإتجاهات المنهجية لإتخاذ وتقييم درجة تعبئة الحركات الاجتماعية في تونس وشمال أفريقيا وبقية أفريقيا، ودوليا. كما سمح هذا الإجتماع الأخير بإجراء تقييما للوضع السياسي للحركات الإجتماعية في إطار ما يشهده العالم اليوم من إضطرابات، إذ أنه عرف بإنتصار الرأسمالية المتوحشة، وتراجع في الحقوق الإقتصادية والإجتماعية، وعسكرة العالم والحرب ، والإستيلاء على الأراضي والموارد، والتدهور البيئي.
>> وقد تم الإتفاق على تكثيف التعبئة الدولية ولا سيما الحركات المشاركة في النضال من أجل العدالة المناخية، وحقوق المهاجرين، ضد الإستيلاء على الموارد الطبيعية والعسكرة والحروب والاستعمار، وجميع الحركات المشاركة في المنتدى الاجتماعي العالمي من مختلف جهات العالم.
>>  ويبقى المنتدى الإجتماعي العالمي هو أكثر مجالا حيويا للحركات الإجتماعية التي تحارب من أجل حماية كرامة الشعوب ومن أجل سيادة مصيرها، والتي تسعى لتعزيز حقوق جديدة إقتصادية، إجتماعية، ثقافية وبيئية. والتي تؤمن بأن إرساء بدائل للنيوليبيرالية أكثر من لازمة.

>> La dernière réunion du Conseil International tenue à Hammamet du 29 octobre au 2 novembre dernier a permis d’avancer sensiblement sur toutes les questions liées à l’organisation de la prochaine édition du Forum Social Mondial de 2015 à Tunis.

>> Cette réunion du CI a permis de manière participative de définir les orientations méthodologiques à prendre et d’évaluer le degré de mobilisation des mouvements sociaux en Tunisie, au Maghreb et dans le reste de l’Afrique, et sur le plan international. Elle a aussi permis d’évaluer la situation politique des mouvements dans un contexte mondial jugé préoccupant, car marqué par le triomphe du capitalisme financier sauvage, le recul des droits économiques et sociaux, la militarisation du monde et la guerre, l’accaparement des terres et des ressources, et la dégradation de l’environnement.

>> Il a été convenu d’intensifier la mobilisation internationale en particulier auprès des mouvements impliqués dans les luttes pour la justice climatique, les droits des migrants, contre l’accaparement des ressources naturelles, la militarisation et la guerre, la colonisation, et tous les mouvements impliqués dans les processus du Forum Social Mondial dans les différentes régions du Monde.

Mais dès à présent vous pouvez préinscrire les activités que vous avez l’intention de mener à Tunis en mars prochain. Cela nous permettra de définir, à partir de vos initiatives, les espaces du FSM.
