A1 – CON EQUIPO SITIO WEB (pierre)

• Velar de la creación de la pagina calendario después de la creación de la pagina Agora https://join.wsf2021.net/?q=agora -
• de la limpieza de la pagina individual de iniciativa
• y de programación de busquedad en las paginas iniciativas agora y calendario

A2- CON QUIEN FORMULO INICIATIVA ( Oceane/Pierre)

Cada vez que aparece una nueva iniciativa en la pagina agora https://join.wsf2021.net/agora

• Actualizar el tablero https://lite.framacalc.org/fsm2021iniciativasbuscando las informaciones de contacto
• Invitar mediante una correo tipo ( ver con oceane)
• Invitar Acoger los promotores de iniciativas en un grupo de wsp
• cada voluntaria cuida de estabelecer contacto com umas personas promotora de iniciaiva
• Velar con los grupos promotores de iniciativas formuladas de que las fichas iniciativas sean bien redactadas
• que y no falten los campos que alimentan las columnas ( presencia en sala , y mensaje al agora ) en la pagina agorahttps://join.wsf2021.net/agora
• que y no falten los campos que alimentan las columnas nombre accion - dia accion - hora accion UTC - lugar accion - descripcion accion - link accion en la pagina calendario ( por crear)
• Escribirles cada dia para proponer una simulacion del agoracada dia de la semana en la tarde de Brasil 6.30 pm?

A3- CON OTRAS ORGANIZACIONES ( Salete/ Pierre)

• Ir divulgando la idea de la iniciativas y del agora invitando organizadores de actividades que parecen enfocadas a algun resultado a pensar en si van a participar en el agora - En particular escribir a los promotores de asambleas - Escribir desde el correo gtf.agora@wsf2021.net

Hacer un correo tipo

A4- CON EQUIPO KIOSCO ( caminda) organizar /preparar presencia de voluntarios agora en el equipo Kiosco informativo- para responder a las preguntas sobre el agora y las iniciativas - ( la proporción de estas preguntas va a crecer en el transcurso de los días del foro ) – el dia 31 el Kiosco será principalmentre dedicado a explicar el agora - se vuelve Kisoco info Agora y

(puede haber voluntarios que accompanan personas de la sala zoom del quiosco a las salas jitsi del agora)

A5 – CON EQUIPO KIOSCO ( caminda) preparar el equipo “TV Agora” –2 horas de difusión de 15 a 17 UTC el diat 31

• personas animadores para distribuir la palabra y comentar la pagina agora y la pagina calendario -
• gerenciar la lista de invitados personas para ir a buscar las personas promotores de iniciativas y hacerlas entrar en el estudio TV Agora - personas prep

A6- estudiar los medios de usar las salas jitsi-

• hacer un pequeño manual de uso de jitsi para el agora - como estar presente en mas de una sala -
• como resistir a trolls para otros usos
