- I work with Kalpavriksh (www.kalpavriksh.org), a 35-year group focusing on environment and development issues, community-based conservation, alternatives to globalised development, and other such issues. We coordinate a process called Vikalp Sangam (Alternatives Confluences) to bring people working on transformation together, across sectors. I am also on the steering committee of ICCA Consortium (www.iccaconsortium.org), a global forum of indigenous peoples, local communities, and civil society working on community governance of nature and natural resources.
