Hi, I got this email (in several languages) about the final process of payment and registration. It gives an email adress to contact them. We agreed yesterday Jasper would contact them to see if we can be allowed to register our activities with translation without paying anything as we are not an organization. Another option is in my next email.

يمكنك، بطبيعة الحال، حتى 15 فبراير مواصلة عمليات الدمج والتوسع مع منظمات أخرى.

INSCRIPTION DÉFINITIVE DE VOS ACTIVITÉS POUR LE FSM 2013

Vous pourrez, à partir du 31 janvier et jusqu'au 20 février 2013, confirmer l'inscription de vos activités au programme du Forum social mondial 2013, en suivant ce lien http://www.fsm2013.org/fr/registration

Vous êtes invités à fournir, dans ce nouveau formulaire, un certain nombre d'informations indispensables à l'organisation du programme du FSM : le titre et le résumé de votre activité, la taille de la salle requise et vos besoins de traduction, vos préférences concernant le jour et l'heure, vos besoins techniques divers...
Le Comité d'organisation mettra en œuvre tous les moyens dont il dispose pour répondre à vos besoins. Notez cependant que nous ne garantissons pas de pouvoir satisfaire l'intégralité des demandes, en particulier concernant la traduction et les équipements techniques.

Ce programme sera novateur car, en plus du programme papier qui sera disponible à Tunis, nous vous proposerons une version en ligne qui permettra de rendre public des activités réalisées en dehors de Tunis, de suivre à distance (en « streaming ») les activités des organisations qui décideront de les filmer et de les diffuser. Nous allons également permettre aux personnes intéressées par le FSM d'indiquer leur intérêt pour telle ou telle activité, ce qui permettra aux organisateurs d'échanger avec ces personnes avant et après le FSM.

Une fois votre activité confirmée, vous pourrez, si vous le souhaitez, en effectuer le paiement via le site internet ; il vous est possible de réaliser ce paiement par carte bancaire, par virement ou sur place à partir du 25 mars.
Nous vous rappelons cependant que les organisations d'Europe, d'Amérique du Nord et du Brésil (sous réserve qu'elles disposent de la trésorerie et des moyens de paiement à distance) doivent payer ce paiement avant le 15 février pour voir leurs activités figurer dans le programme définitif. En cas de difficulté, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter à l'adresse secretariat@...
Les organisations de pays du Sud ne disposant pas de moyens de paiement à distance pourront payer sur place aux guichets mis en place sur le site du FSM dès le 25 mars.
La participation de chacun, à hauteur de ses moyens, est une condition de la réussite de ce Forum. C'est pourquoi, même si le manque de moyens financiers ne pourra en aucun cas entraver l'accès au Forum et l'organisation d'activités, nous comptons sur votre engagement à soutenir, à votre mesure, l'organisation du Forum social mondial de Tunis.

Vous pouvez bien entendu, jusqu'au 20 février, poursuivre vos propositions de fusion et d'élargissement auprès d'autres organisations.

FINAL REGISTRATION OF YOUR ACTIVITIES FOR THE WSF 2013

Starting from the 31st of January and till the 20th of February 2013 you will be able to confirm the registration of your activities for the Program of the World Social Forum 2013, by following this link :

You're invited to provide, in this new form, several information needed to build the WSF program : the title and the summary of your activity, the size of the room and your translation requests, your preferences regarding the date and the time, your technical needs...
The organizing Committee will mobilize all its means to respond to your requests. Note though that we cannot guarantee to satisfy all the demands, particularly regarding the translation and the technical equipments.

This program will be innovative since, besides the paper-printed program which will be available in Tunis, we will propose an on line version which will highlight activities organized outside Tunis. This will enable anyone to follow activities from a distance and they may very well decide to film and screen them. We will also enable the persons interested in the WSF to announce their interest in one or another activity, which will help the organizers to exchange with these persons before and after the WSF.

Once your activity will be confirmed, you will be able, if you wish so, to do the payment through the website ; you can make this payment either by credit card, by banking transfer or on the spot from the 25th of March.
We remind you, however, that the organizations from Europe, North America and Brazil (providing that they have the treasury and the payment means at their disposal) have to do this payment before the 20  of February to see their activities included in the final program.

The organizations  from the global South which don't have the distance payment capacities will be able to pay on the spot, at the desks which will be set up at the WSF venue from the 25th of March.

Everybody's participation, at the scale of his/her/its capacities, is a prerequisite for the success of the Forum. That is why, even if the lack of financial resources will in no way hinder access to the Forum and the organization of activities, we rely on your commitment to support the organization of the WSF Tunis.
You can obviously keep on working on your merging and enlargement proposals with other organizations.

Again, we count on your commitment to ensure the success of the World Social Forum 2013 in Tunis.

INSCRIPCIÓN DEFINITIVA DE VUESTRAS ACTIVIDADES PARA EL FSM DE 2013


Desde el 31 de enero y hasta el 20 de febrero de 2013, podréis confirmar la inscripción de vuestras actividades en el programa del Foro Social Mundial de 2013 siguiendo este link http://www.fsm2013.org/es/registration

En este nuevo formulario podréis facilitar alguna información indispensable para la organización del programa del FSM: el título y resumen de vuestra actividad, el tamaño de la sala y las lenguas de interpretación que necesitéis, las preferencias en cuanto al día y la hora de la actividad, las necesidades técnicas…
El Comité de organización pondrá a disposición todos los medios de los que dispone para responder a vuestras necesidades. Sin embargo, no podemos garantizar satisfacer la integralidad de las peticiones, en particular de las que conciernen la traducción y el equipo técnico.

El programa de este año será innovador porque, además de estar disponible en papel, os proponemos una versión en línea que permitirá hacer públicas las actividades realizadas fuera de Túnez, y poder seguir a distancia (en “streaming”) las actividades de las organizaciones que decidan ser grabadas y difundidas. Igualmente vamos a permitir a las personas interesadas en el FSM precisar su interés por alguna actividad en concreto, para permitir a los organizadores intercambiar impresiones antes y después del FSM.

Una vez que vuestra actividad haya sido confirmada, podréis efectuar el pago por Internet con tarjeta de crédito, transferencia bancaria o en Túnez a partir del 25 de marzo.
Os recordamos que las organizaciones de Europa, América del Norte y Brasil (siempre y cuando dispongan de los medios para pagar a distancia), tienen que pagar antes del 15 de febrero para que sus actividades figuren en el programa definitivo. Si tenéis dificultades, no dudéis en contactarnos en secretariat@...
Las organizaciones del los países del Sur que no dispongan de medios para pagar a distancia, podrán pagar en Túnez, en las taquillas que se pondrán a disposición para el FSM desde el 25 de marzo.

La participación de cada uno, a la altura de sus medios, es una condición necesaria para el éxito de este Foro. Por eso, aunque la falta de medios financieros nunca será una razón para no acceder al Foro y a la organización de actividades, contamos con vuestro compromiso para apoyar, en la medida de lo posible, la organización del Foro Social Mundial de Túnez.

Por supuesto, hasta el 20 de febrero, podéis seguir vuestras proposiciones de fusión y de ampliación con otras organizaciones.
