That is not a convergence of everything else that we are doing...
 
If we propose an extra activity for the convergence process it should be a convergence process of our own of some kind right?
Any thoughts on this?

We would need 5 organizations from 2 continents to support it (I would count on Global Square, InterOccupy and VIA22 so we would need to find two more, maybe we can try Camilla's organization and any other??).
And this would be held the 29th or the 30th and it wouldn't coincide with any of the other times we have...
 
So we have until the 13th of March to register it if we want to do this too, but let's not wait until the very end to decide it because then when I try to register it we need to take a lot of decisions that weren't expected and then I'm fucked...

REPORT AU 28 FEVRIER AU SOIR DE LA DATE LIMITE POUR L’ENREGISTREMENT DEFINITIF DES ACTIVITES

La date limite d’enregistrement définitif des activités pour le FSM de Tunis est reportée au jeudi 28 février à minuit. Cela ne concerne que les activités organisées à Tunis, les activités « hors Tunis » pouvant continuer à être enregistrées. Nous rappelons également qu’il est demandé aux organisations de payer en ligne leurs activités et inscriptions. Cela devra être fait obligatoirement pour le 28 au soir pour les organisations issues de pays de l’OCDE, les organisation issues de pays du sud pouvant payer sur place s’ils n’ont pas les outils pour un paiement en ligne.

Toutes les demandes d'espace thématique devront également nous parvenir avant le 28 février, et s'accompagner de demandes techniques précises et d'un programme d'activités.
Ces espaces devront être proposés par un nombre significatif d'organisations ou réseaux et ils refléteront les efforts de coordination de ces groupes et réseaux pour proposer des activités communes (ateliers, débats, expositions...) dans un espace commun. Pour autant ils ne regrouperont pas nécessairement l'ensemble des activités proposées sur le thème concerné.
Les activités regroupées dans cet espace thématique doivent  toutefois être enregistrées et confirmées via le site internet www.fsm2013.org.

OUVERTURE DES PROPOSITIONS D'ASSEMBLEES DE CONVERGENCE POUR L'ACTION

Lors du prochain FSM de Tunis, les sessions du 29 mars après-midi (deuxième session) et du 30 mars au matin sont dédiées aux Assemblées de convergence.
Créées lors du Forum social mondial de Belem en 2009, ces assemblées se veulent des « assemblées pour l’action », c'est-à-dire des moments où les organisations, réseaux et mouvement se rencontrent pour voir ensemble quelles convergences d’action proposer ou renforcer, afin de construire cet autre monde que nous voulons. Tout type d’action peut être envisagé comme base de travail de ces convergences, qui doivent faciliter les articulations entre différents réseaux et mouvements.
Vous trouverez des informations plus détaillées dans la note ci-jointe.
Ces assemblées sont auto-organisées.
Le Comité d'organisation du Forum a fixé des critères indicatifs pour ces Assemblées : elles devront ainsi être proposées par au moins 5 organisations issues d'au moins deux continents.

Pour proposer une Assemblée de convergence, connectez-vous sur le site http://www.fsm2013.org      à l'aide de votre identifiant et de votre mot de passe, et rendez vous à la page

Vous devrez alors fournir les informations nécessaires à son enregistrement : titre, organisations ou réseaux qui la proposent, tranche horaire, bref descriptif...

Vous pouvez aussi vous associer à une proposition d'assemblée déjà soumise par d'autres organisations.
Pour ce faire, connectez-vous sur le site http://www.fsm2013.org à l'aide de votre identifiant et de votre mot de passe, et rendez vous à la page

Vous pourrez alors consulter la liste des assemblées de convergence déjà proposées et rejoindre une Assemblée en cliquant sur le bouton « Mon organisation souhaite s'associer à cette Assemblée de convergence ». Le nom de votre organisation s'ajoutera alors automatiquement à la liste des organisations qui proposent cette Assemblée, et vous pourrez entrer en contact avec les autres organisations promotrices de cette assemblées.

Il sera possible de proposer et d’enregistrer des assemblées de convergence jusqu’au dernier moment, ce processus pouvant se lancer pendant le forum lui-même, mais elles ne seront présentes sur le programme papier que si elles sont enregistrées avant le 13 mars.
Toutefois les propositions construites après le 13 mars et pendant le Forum lui-même seront affichées sur le lieu du FSM et publiées sur le site web quotidiennement, au côté des propositions figurant dans la version imprimée du programme, pendant toute la durée du FSM.

تمديد آجال التسجيل النهائي للأنشطة إلى غاية 28 فيفري

تم تأجيل موعد التسجيل النهائي للأنشطة المقترحة للمنتدى الاجتماعي العالمي تونس 2013 و ذلك الى يوم 28 فيفري  حتى منتصف الليل. هذا لا ينطبق إلا على الأنشطة التي تنجز في تونس، أما  الأنشطة  الممتدة و التى تنجز"خارج تونس" فيستمر تسجيلها. نذكر أيضا أنه على  المنظمات دفع معلوم تسجيلها و معلوم الانشطة المقترحة عبر الاستخلاص عبر الانترنات . وينبغي أن يتم هذا بالضرورة الى حدود مساء  28 فيفري بالنسبة للمنظمات من دول منظمة التعاون والتنمية، أما بالنسبة للمنظمات من دول الجنوب يمكن أن تدفع معلوم مشاركتها في تونس  إذا لم يكن لديهم الأدوات
 اللازمة للدفع عبر الإنترنت.

فتح الاقتراحات لمجالس التلاقي من أجل التحرك

في الدورة القادمة في تونس سيخصص مساء يوم 29 مارس و صباح يوم 30 مارس اذار لتنظيم مجالس التقارب.
وقع اطلاق فكرة "مجالس الالتقاء" أو "المجالس من أجل التحرّك" خلال منتدى "بالم" سنة 2009 و هي مجالس تلتقي خلالها المنظمات و الشبكات و الحركات لتنسيق تحرّك أو دعمه من أجل عالم نحلم ببنائه, كل شكل من التحرك يشكل قاعدة عمل من أجل التقاء هذه الشبكات و المنظمات
سوف تجد معلومات أكثر تفصيلا في المذكرة المرفقة.
هذه المجالس هي ذاتية التنظيم.
وقد وضعت اللجنة المنظمة للمنتدى المعايير الإرشادية لهذه المجالس: ويجب أن تقترح على الأقل من 5 منظمات تنحدر من قارتين على الأقل .

سيكون من الممكن اقتراح و تسجيل مجالس "الالتقاء" حتى آخر لحظة ، ويمكن إطلاق هذه العملية خلال المنتدى نفسه، لكنها لن تكون مسجلة على البرنامج إذا كانت مسجلة قبل 13 مارس.

ADJOURNMENT OF THE DEADLINE FOR FINAL REGISTRATION TO THE 28th OF FEBRUARY EVENING

The deadline for the final registration of the activities proposed for the Tunis WSF is delayed to Thursday 28th of February at midnight.
It relates only to the activities organized in Tunis, it will be possible to keep on registering the activities outside Tunis. We also remind you that the organizations are asked to pay online for their activities and registrations. It will have to be done compulsorily before the 28th of Feb. Midnight for the organizations coming from an OECD country. The organizations from the Global south will be allowed to pay on the spot if they don't have any mean to pay through the website.

All the demands for thematic spaces will have to be sent as well before the 28th of February, and to be accompanied by accurate technical demands and the program of the activities organized in that space. These spaces will have to be proposed by a significant number of organizations and networks and they should reflect the efforts of coordination of these groups and networks to organize joint activities (workshops, debates, exhibitions...) in a common space. However they won't necessarily gather all the activities related to the concerned topic.
The activities gathered in that space have though to be registered and confirmed through the website www.fsm2013.org

OPENING OF THE PROPOSALS OF CONVERGENCE ASSEMBLIES FOR ACTION

During the next Tunis WSF, the sessions scheduled the 29th of March afternoon (last slot) and the 30th of March morning will be dedicated to the Convergence assemblies.
Created during the Belem World Social Forum in 2009, these assemblies should be « assemblies for action », which means that they will be moments during which organizations, networks and movements will meet each other to discuss what convergences of action they can propose or strenghten in order to build this other world we are all asking for. All types of actions can be issued as basis of work in theses assemblies, which will facilitate the connections between various networks and movements.
You will find more detailed information in the attached document.

These assemblies are self-organized.
The Organizing Committee defined some indicative criterias for these assemblies : they will have to be proposed by at least five organizations coming from at least two continents.

To propose a convergence Assembly, get connected on the website

with your ID and password, and visit the page

You will then have to provide the required information for its registration : title, organizations or networks proposing it, slot, short description...

You can also join a proposal of Assembly already submitted by other organizations.
To do so, get connected on the website http://www.fsm2013.org with your ID and password, and visit the page

You will thus be able to consult the list of the convergence assemblies already submitted, and to join and support one of these assemblies by clicking on the button « My organization wish to get associated to this Convergence Assembly ». The name of your organization will be automatically be added to the list of organizations that are proposing this assembly, and you'll be able to get in touch with these other groups.

It will be possible to propose and register your proposals for convergence assemblies until the last minute, since this process can start during the WSF itself, but the proposals will be included in the printed version of the program only if they are registered before the 13rd of March.

All the proposals elaborated after the 13rd of March and during the Forum itself will be displayed all along the Forum on the WSF location and published on the website on a daily basis, next to the proposals indicated in the printed program.

AMPLIACIÓN DE LA FECHA LÍMITE PARA EL REGISTRO DEFINITIVO DE LAS ACTIVIDADES HASTA EL 28 DE FEBRERO

La fecha límite para registrar definitivamente las actividades para el FSM de Túnez se ha ampliado hasta el jueves 28 de febrero a las 12 de la noche. Esto sólo concierne a las actividades organizadas en Túnez, las actividades « fuera de Túnez » pueden seguir normalmente registradas. Les recordamos a las asociaciones que hay que pagar en línea las actividades e inscripciones. El pago debe realizarse obligatoriamente antes del 28 de febrero a las 12 de la noche para las organizaciones de los países de la OCDE, las organizaciones de los países del sur pueden pagar en Túnez si no tienen los recursos necesarios para realizar el pago en línea.

Todas las solicitudes de áreas temáticas también tienen que llegarnos antes del 28 de febrero, acompañadas por las solicitudes técnicas específicas y por un programa de las actividades.
Estos espacios deben ser propuestos por un número significativo de organizaciones o redes, y reflejarán los esfuerzos de coordinación de estos grupos y redes para proponer actividades conjuntas (seminarios, debates, exposiciones ...) en un espacio común.  Sin embargo, estos espacios
no juntarán  necesariamente todas las actividades propuestas sobre un tema.
Las actividades agregadas en esta área temática deben todavía  ser registradas y confirmadas a través de la página web www.fsm2013.org


APERTURA DE LAS PROPOSICIONES DE LAS ASAMBLEAS DE CONVERGENCIA POR LA ACCIÓN

En el próximo Foro Social Mundial de Túnez, las sesiones del 29 de marzo por la tarde (segunda sesión), y del 30 de marzo por la mañana estarán dedicadas a las Asambleas de convergencia. Creadas durante el Foro Social Mundial de Belém en 2009, estas asambleas son “asambleas por la acción”, o sea, momentos en los que las organizaciones, las redes y los movimientos se reúnen para ver juntas qué convergencias de acción proponer o reforzar, para hacer de este el otro mundo que queremos.  Todo tipo de acción puede considerarse como base de trabajo de estas convergencias, que deben facilitar las articulaciones entre las diferentes redes y movimientos.

Estas Asambleas son auto organizadas. El Comité de organización del Foro ha fijado criterios indicativos: deberán estar propuestas por, al menos, 5 organizaciones de, como mínimo, dos continentes diferentes.

Para proponer una Asamblea de convergencia, hay que ir a la página  http://www.fsm2013.org y conectarse  con el nombre de usuario y la contraseña, e ir a la página

Después debéis precisar información útil como el título, el nombre de la(s) organización(es), la red, campaña o plataforma que la propone, y dar una indicación de vuestra preferencia en cuanto al tramo horario para su desarrollo, además de un breve descriptivo.

También existe la posibilidad de asociarse a una Asamblea ya propuesta por otra(s) organización(es).

Podéis consultar la lista de Asambleas de convergencia propuestas y unirse a una de ellas pulsando el enlace « Mi organización quiere asociarse a esta Asamblea de convergencia». El nombre de vuestra organización se añadirá automáticamente a la lista de organizaciones que proponen esta Asamblea y podréis poneros en contacto con las otras asociaciones organizadoras.

Será posible proponer y registrar Asambleas de convergencia hasta el último momento, incluso durante el Foro Social Mundial mismo, pero sólo aparecerán en el programa en papel las que se hayan registrado antes del 13 de marzo.
De todas formas, las proposiciones que se hagan después del 13 de marzo y durante el FSM, se anunciarán en el campus del FSM y se publicarán en la página web todos los días, al lado de las proposiciones que figuran en la versión papel del programa, durante toda la duración del FSM.
