I have been in the rural interior of Pará, unable to access the internet until now. I will try to participate while I am in the city. Has a new time been agreed?
Estava no interior rural do Pará, sem acesso a internet até agora. Tentarei participar no chat enquanto estou na cidade. Tem um novo horário combinado?

I am unfortunately unable to participate today to the chat - and in general that time for me (but I think for other Europeans as well) is a bit difficult since it's exactly during our dinner...

I think it must be earlier -- and we should try to do the best to allow people from Middle East and Asia to participate as well.

Maybe 17.00 or 18.00 GMT would be easier... but it's just a suggestion.  

What do others think?

Hi Jason, hi friends,

The letter is ok to me and it syncs Com Com priority to reaching assemblies people and moving the actions and mobilization calendar forward. Nice. And also very good the trial to go deeper on Communication discussions in the IC.

As soon as possible I'll send some lines regarding the office part on this action and the whole Communication plan.

I had a meeting with Salete last week and tomorrow we'll have another meeting with the Liaison Group people to set up our (office) next steps, interfaces and responsibilities. 

I think it's very it's important to have this interfaces/responsibilities well draw, understood and discussed during the IC for the following period (at least compared to the previous one in 2008-2009). This is also important because Communication shall have a strong role in connecting and making visible the worldwide calendar of mobilizations.

I also think it's important somehow to reestablish some chat routine. If the traditional time is not good, we can choose another date and/or change it's periodicity.

If it's ok, let's make a chat next Wednesday (April 15th, 19:00 GMT / 20:00 Rome-Paris / 15:00 Sao Paulo-Buenos Aires)?

a carta está boa e sincroniza a Comissão de Comunicação com a prioridade de alcançar os proponentes das assembléias e mover adiante o calendário de mobilização e ações. Bom. E também muito boa a intenção de aprofundar as discussões sobre o papel da Comunicação no próximo CI.

Assim que possível enviarei algumas linhas sobre o trabalho do escritório nesta ação e também sobre como acredito que nos encaixamos em todo o plano de comunicação.

Tive uma reunião com Salete na semana passada e teremos mais uma reunião com os brasileiros do Grupo de Enlace amanhã para acertar os nossos (escritório) próximos passos, interfaces e responsabilidades.

Creio que seja bastante importante ter um desenho mais claro destas interfaces/responsabilidades (ao menos mais claro e aprofundado que o período anterior de 2008-2009) depois do CI do Marrocos. Desejo que se torna mais urgente quando se nota o papel central da comunicação em tornar visível o calendário mundial de mobilizações e ações.

Creio que seja importante restabelecer alguma rotina de chats. Se o horário tradicional não for bom, podemos escolher outra data e talvez não fazer os chats semanais (e sim quinzenais)

Se estiverem de acordo, vamos fazer um chat nesta quarta-feira (15 de Abril, às 19:00 GMT / 20:00 Rome-Paris / 15:00 Sao Paulo-Buenos Aires)?
