Entre sexta de tarde e domingo, não tive como colocar em discussão a sua
idéia e como não houve nenhuma outra reação a sua proposta, fiquei com a
primeira.

 tomando  um ponto de vista formal  , eu comparo dois casos

1/ Jason feiz uma suggesta na lista practical info gt   - eu concordei  - e
ninguem foi oposto - nao se falo de colocar a ideia em discusso  e foi
tomada a conta
2/  inmediatamente depois  eu fiz uma suggestao nessa mesma lista   -
ninguem foi oposto  na lista, que funcciono todo o tempo ate o domingo -
nao foi tomada a conta
Entendo que  e quando uma suggesta e oposta que nao se toma a conta,
Se ninguem fazer comentario oposto o descartando a ideia por otra razoe,  a
suggestao e adotada



ponto 2  nao vejo resposta  sobre a pergunta - "tem uma data  planejada
para divulgar o prossimo boletim " normal  " ?
a lista pratical-info GT e feita para discussao daqueles contributores da
comcom que querem se involver na redaçao do boletim
vimos a sexta pasada que podia ter reactividade  ;-)

ponto 3 - nao tenho indicaçoes sobre  o conteudo da sua proxima mensajem
em relaçao ao que escrevi
Jason me diz que lhe parecia boa ideia, e espero insumo dele

Pierre,
o boletim foi enviado na sexta-feira porque:

1) o texto estava pronto em todas as línguas

2) era uma informação relevante para o processo FSM

3) não houve ninguém contrário ao texto

- tentei enviar o boletim na sexta-feira, mas o site estava fora do ar
(o boletim precisa ser "publicado" via FTP no servidor
ftp.forumsocialmundial.org.br, para então ser enviado através das listas).

- Entrei em contato com a Rits na sexta-feira. O problema, causado
porque eles estavam mudando os servidores, só foi resolvido no domingo.
Entre sexta de tarde e domingo, não tive como colocar em discussão a sua
idéia e como não houve nenhuma outra reação a sua proposta, fiquei com a
primeira.

sobre (2): estou enviando agora uma mensagem para discutirmos a
existência dos chats e também para estimular entre a comissão de
comunicação a discussão de suas prioridades.
