L'auteur du mail (qui est un collaborateur de DIE LINKE au parlement allemand, je crois, et qui travaille régulièrement sur les politiques migratoires en ayant accès aux documents) dit en gros :
-> il ne s'agit pas de cibler les sans papiers en général, à la différence de l'opération ,Mos Maiorum' en octobre 2014 (où ce fut le cas), mais uniquement des personnes qui avaient initialement possédé un document d'entrée ,valable' et qui ont dépassé la durée du visa ;
-> le contrôle ne vise que les départs dans des ports ou aéroports, et non pas les arrivées : il s'agit de détecter parmi les départs ceux & celles qui ,sont très restées trop longtemps' par rapport à la durée du visa.
-> L'opération ne comporte, cette fois-ci, PAS de contrôles dans les rues ou sur les places publiques.
-> Selon l'auteur, à la différence d'autres opérations (celles d'octobre 2014), il semble s'agir avant tout d'élaborer des statistiques.
