REUNION 7 DE DICIEMBRE

Propuesta 1 :  pasar de 3 a 6 dias enfocados en tematicas,  segun el siguiente cronograma- 

Razon : par que no haya competicion de atencion entre los  tiempos de los 8 paneles de los 8 GFETs ( grupos facilitadores de espacios tematicos) 

8 temas+ temas transversales  en  6 dias   necesita acordar algunos paralelismos

Entre grupos facilitadores de  espacios tematicos Hay dos paralelismos ya posibles 

• sociedad & diversidad  //  pueblos originarios (a confirmar)
• justicia social //  democracia  (a confirmar ) 
• Los Grupos facilitadores  de temas transversales y Futuro del FSM pueden decidir de colocar un panel en paralelo.

• friday 22  - PAZ GUERRA  (confirmado - es el dia para celebrar un tratado de porhibicion nuclear  IPB) 
• saturday 23 -   ( dia con marchs, video  y ..-ver punto 2) 
• sunday 24 : ET A /
• monday 25 : ET B // ET C 
• tuesday 26 : ET D // ET E 
• wednesday 27  : ET F 
• thursday 28 : ET G

Principios para actividades autogestionadas  Es recomendado, (no es obligatorio) que las actividades auto organizadas que se enfocan en un  o mas  Espacios tematicos,  se coloquen en un de los dias de estos Espacios tematicos, a la hora que quieren  - 

Propuesta 2: También se propone que las franjas horarias mundiales del día inaugural con marcha y videos ( 23 o 25de enero) se utilicen para mensajes especiales importantes. Van a estar en uno o en diferentes formas. P.ej. un mensaje de una persona que a muchos les gustaría escuchar puede comentar puede enviar un mensaje y luego continuar charlando con la persona. Otra forma es un panel. Creemos que es importante proponer una situación interactiva: los criterios sobre lo que se debe presentar en este intervalo de tiempo deben discutirse juntos. Vemos allí un tipo de personas especialmente importantes, indígenas, jóvenes y mujeres.

MEETING 7TH DECEMBER 

Proposal 1: spend 3 to 6 days focused on topics, according to the following schedule-

• The WSF Future and Transversal themes Facilitating Groups may decide to place a panel in parallel 

• Friday 22 - PEACE WAR (confirmed - is the day to celebrate an IPB nuclear prohibition treaty)
• saturday 23 - (day with marchs, video and ..- see point 2)
• sunday 24: ET A /
• Monday 25: ET B  // ET C
• Tuesday 26: ET D // ET E
• Wednesday 27: ET F 
• thursday 28: ET G 
• The last two days 29 and 30 will be as planned: Assemblies and Agora

Principle for self organized activities  It is recommended (not mandatory) that self-organized activities that focus on one or more Thematic Spaces, be placed in one of the days of these Thematic Spaces, at the time they want -

Proposal 2: it is also proposed that the world wide slots on the inaugural day with march and videos ( 23 or 25th january)   is used for special important messages  They can be in one or different formats . E.g. a message from a person many would like to hear can comment can send a message and then continue chatting with the person afterwards, Another a way is a  panel. We do believe it is important to propose interactive situation - The criteria for what should be presented in this time slot must be discussed together. We see there kind of persons especially important, Indigenous people, youth and women.
