Hello X and Y from organizations X ( international or Iraqi organization) and Y (organization in Baghdad participating to Iraq social forum)

I am from extension team for Iraq social forum

I am writing to both of you to invite you to a first contact at initiative of X

Organization X has seen the announcements of activities GY in Iraq social forum in baghdad and selected two lines that had a topic or focus close from its own and among those two lines is Y

Organization X has communicated its choice to isf extension team and now isf extension team is putting you in contact

We do not know if there are English speaking people inside organization Y, please let us know if there is a person and give us her email and her skype. that will help us

We do not know if there are Arabic speaking people inside organization X, please let us know who to talk to in Arabic

3 - DO YOU AGREE TO BE TOGETHER COUNTERPARTS FOR A REMOTE DIALOGUE  THROUGH INTERNET THAT YOU WILL ORGANIZE IN THE IRAQ SOCIAL FORUM ?

Being counterpart is not a heavy commitment, but it requires willingness, and proactivity  because remote communication requires planning and preparation

Being counterpart means organizing together some remote communication together through internet  - a remote intervention , or a remote exchange,  or a remote participation

So decide together during this contact if you want to be counterparts and inform us of the result !

 

3   - هل توافق على أن نكون معا نظيرتها لإجراء حوار عن بعد من خلال الانترنت والتي ستنظم في العراق الاجتماعية منتدى؟

 

يجري نظيره ليس التزام ثقيل، ولكنه يتطلب جدية لأن الاتصال عن بعد يتطلب التخطيط والجدية

يجري تنظيم نظيره يعني معا بعض الاتصالات عن بعد من خلال شبكة الانترنت معا - تدخل أو بعيد تبادل بعيد أو المشاركة عن بعد

لذلك نقرر معا خلال هذا الاتصال إذا كنت تريد أن تكون النظراء واعلامنا من النتيجة!

 

 

4 - WHAT ARE THE THREE SITUATIONS Which YOU, X & Y, MAY ORGANIZE TOGETHER ?

 

If AX is a solidarity activity , then Y is proposed to make a tele intervention through skype

The date is when X decides locally –

Y needs only to assign one representative on the same day to make the intervention- the person arrive +- 30 mn from agreed time : it is flexible

 

If AX is a proposal of remote collective exchange through skype – then X and Y are preparing a real activity of about 2 hours, held between a group from X and a group from Y

The date is preferably during isf days in an hour where both groups  can attend, taking into account the time difference  ( example usa - iraq 8 hours difference) 

Both groups need to prepare in parallel room, equipment, translation, and be punctual on the agreed meeting times

Y needs to prepare with isf extension team in Baghdad

 

If AX is a remote participation though skype from a group of X in an activity organized in baghdad by Y, it is as if they were simple participants-

The date is when the activity of Y is scheduled by ISF committee taking into account the time difference (example : if remote participants are in USA the activity should be scheduled late afternoon. If the tele participants is in Egypt the activity can be anytime in the day. If the tele participants are in Bangladesh morning and early afternoon are better

4. - ما هي ثلاث حالات التي، X & Y، أن تنظم معا

 

إذا AX هو نشاط التضامن، ثم يقترح Y لجعل التدخل عن بعد من خلال سكايب - التاريخ هو عندما يقرر X محليا -

Y يحتاج فقط إلى تعيين ممثل واحد في نفس اليوم لجعل تدخل الشخص صول + - 30 دقيقة من الوقت المتفق عليه: أنها مرنة

 

إذا AX هو اقتراح الصرف عن بعد من خلال سكايب - X و Y وإعداد النشاط الحقيقي من حوالي 2 ساعة، عقدت بين مجموعة من X ومجموعة من Y - التاريخ هو يفضل أن يكون خلال أيام قوى الأمن الداخلي في ساعة واحدة حيث كلا الفريقين يمكن أن يحضر مع مراعاة فارق التوقيت -

كلا الفريقين بحاجة إلى إعداد المعدات في غرفة موازية الترجمة وتكون دقيقة في وقت الاجتماع وافق

Y يحتاج إلى إعداد مع فريق الإرشاد قوات الأمن العراقية في بغداد

 

إذا AX هو المشاركة عن بعد على الرغم من سكايب من مجموعة من X في Y آخر، يبدو الأمر كما لو أنها كانت بسيطة المشاركين-

التاريخ هو عندما يتم جدولة نشاط Y من قبل لجنة قوى الأمن الداخلي مع مراعاة فارق التوقيت (على سبيل المثال: إذا كان المشاركون عن بعد في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية يجب أن تتم جدولة النشاط في وقت متأخر بعد الظهر - إذا كان المشاركون عن بعد في مصر النشاط يمكن أن يكون في أي وقت في اليوم - إذا كان المشاركون عن بعد في الصباح وبعد الظهر في وقت مبكر بنغلاديش هي أفضل
