STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO ENLARGEMENT
You are receiving this message because you have registered an event/activity in Dhaka during sasf visible here http://www.wsfsouthasiabd.org/register/index.php/event_list ( right column "enlarged" - and you have answered "yes" or "maybe " to the question:
Do you intend to enlarge your event/activity on internet in order to allow remote participation of your networks or the general public in it ( video conference & chat )
Through Enlarging you activity, you will be
-MAKING REMOTE PARTICIPATION POSSIBLE to your event/activity of people that cannot come to Dhaka during SASF
- getting YOUR OWN INTERNET ACCOUNTS for enlarging other activities of your organizations DURING SASF AND AFTER
- creating a PUBLIC VIDEO MEMORY of the activities held in Dhaka that can be replayed

Here are indications on the steps 1 to 5 we will follow together AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE
- 1-we make contact with this message TODAY
- 2 you confirm willingness by responding to sasfbd.extension@gmail.com and giving us name telephone, and if possible a skype account, of the one ( better two ) person in charge of enlarging your activity with our support ASAP
- 3 we create the channels and accounts for your organization – they will have a common format and will be specific to you and you can use them after sasf ASAP
- 4-you use those accounts for
- training on video streaming (you can make a short video invitation, and circulate it) (on line training is possible with us )
- -draft and circulate a remote participation invitation to your contacts, so they can attend your activity on line : TARGET SENDING : DATE NOVEMBER 3TH please copy us
- You are kindly invited to confirm the availability of two persons and two laptops present in dhaka (this is indispensealbe if you are enlarging more than one activity
- 5 as you complete step 4, we will confirm allotment of one room for your first event activity - TARGET NOVEMBER 10TH
- we put your activities in the final enlarged program page
- we take care of relation with program group so that your activities are scheduled in the connected rooms – we will try our best to give you access to more connected room although we cannot commit to a definite result
- 6 -you operate your skype enlargement chat room you include there your skype contacts if any , and all those accepting your remote participation invitation, and showing it by contacting your public contact skype name HAVE AN EARLY START
- 7 DURING SASF- we help you with volunteers and equipment on enlarging your first activity ‘(if you do not want help tell us! ) you can train around this date
- 8 DURING SASF you take care of the enlargement of your following enlarged activities ( if any) in other rooms with your people and equipment, this provided we can allot you connected rooms
- 9 AFTER SASF we get in contact with you about editing of the video and text memory of your enlarged activities – that is for common good!
